      You may want to try finding a cooler location for your Roku player. For example, avoid placing the unit inside a cabinet or other closed space. Avoid placing the unit on top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, or audio/video receivers. You'll also want to avoid placing the device in direct sunlight.

    The WiFi sensitivity of this device is much less than the Roku express. I have two of each device and have done side by side comparison. I have to reset this product 1-2 times per day.

    Roku is not compatible with our television service provider in our area. I bought four of these and returned them.

    Very glitchy. Not nearly as seamless as chromecast TV. Wanted to like it but it would lose the place of the show we would be watching all the time.

    I prefer the Roku TV over the streaming stick. Not as user friendly for installation and connecting to older surround sound

    Everything worked great the first couple days. Had to return it because it would glitch and slow down because the streaming stick would get hot.

    NO spectrum APP. That’s a bummmer. Purchased specifically to use with our Spectrum cable service....Roku no longer supporting spectrum app

    Wow, I wish I could write something good. I bought this predominantly to play local content on an older "dumb" TV using the Roku Media Player. It worked fine for about a month. Then, Roku rolled out an update to their operating system that broke the audio playback. Now nothing but pops, clicks and white noise. Many others have reported the same issue, but so far, the problem hasn't been resolved. Won't buy again.

    The streaming on the Roku buffered all the time and the batteries didn’t last that long in the remote

    Roku remote needs fixed

    Great product if the remote actually worked consistently. It constantly disconnects and then takes forever to reconnect. I ended up taking this version of the Roku back.

    Am not happy that every time i want to get free due of hardship and no longer using Xfinity TV Box . Did try to use Live TV and force to trial for short time and start pay monthly it lead me upset and all of them were past time not present Live plus Sports, Weather Channel and CNN it required to pay that the Corporate Company and business . Thank you so much and don't want to reply back to me. Not enough Closed Captios as disability myself!

    I had such a hard time trying to set this up. Never used it. Went and purchased a firestick. Have had no issues.

    Unable to complete the Setup - Fustrated

    Bought Roku for sling tv and the red zone. It didn’t work. Hours on the phone to talk to customer service. Answer was wait for software update. 7-10 days later the software was updated. Still didn’t work. At this point it’s beyond the 2 week return period, so I’m stuck. I bought an amazon fire stick. It works great. I now gave 2 fire sticks. Buy fire stick.

    I now have 3 Roku Ultras and one Streaming Plus stick at two different homes. They all work very well and with an antenna have helped me to cut the cord and be free of cable TV. I still pay for internet service, which I think is seriously overpriced, but it's necessary to watch TV. Easy to set up, easy to use, and my Harmony Elite remote works great to operate one of the Ultras.

    The Roku always says it overheats after 20 minutes of use. Not sure why it’s doing that.
