    Don't know how to use it. Had to call the Geek squad to come and set it up. Buffers. Shot's off once in every hour.

    I would recommend buying the more expensive models. These sticks are slow to respond. And have a higher than normal latency.

    Ultra Is Much Better

    This turned out to be a bad purchase. I love our Rokus, but the Ultra is SO much better than the stick. The stick is slower.

    We bought three of these last year to add to TVs around the house. Just cut the cord on the cable tv and switched to YouTube TV only to find out that Roku and YouTube are fighting with each other. Roku has taken their app off their products! What a massive disservice to your customers Roku! Pulling the plug on Roku tomorrow morning and moving to Fire Stick!

    They don't tell you that you can no longer down load the Spectrum app. That is the reason I purchased the Roku.

    I have had the cheaper one for a few years but this new, more expensive one is not working. Wish I had bought the cheaper one.

    Roku stick and remote worked good for 2-3 Weeks, remote stopped working/ pairing with roku stick device. Tried all pairing reset steps few times and in various ways, did not help. Even tried with new battries. And now the final answer is to buy a new remote and pair it. Let me see if I can return it as its less than 30 days of purchase

    Bought product to stream from my device to the tv and for nbc sports gold. With the new Sony tv this product is not needed and I do not use.

    The remote stopped working less than 30 days after I purchased it and had it installed by the Geek Squad. When I called Best Buy, I was told that I would need to get help from Roku.com. I used their online support chat. The technician was unable to assist me getting the remote to work and offered no additional options for me. I am very disappointed.

    This had to be replaced because it stopped working. Roku replaced & the same exact problem occurred with new one

    I purchased this for my 4k tv, And it kept saying loss power from USB. So I plugged it in to the wall and still the same thing. Got a hold of Roku support and they said it was defective. I sent it back today before my warranty ran out. Disappointed I have used Roku for years! And have 2 TVs upstairs with Roku that run fine. P.S I also reset it like Roku said and still did it.

    The streaming stick was awful. Even with 200MPS and the router right next to it the quality was awful especially with live streaming. Could not get an HD picture. Everything I watched had a 5 second repeat in video/audio every 30 seconds and the picture had a permanent flicker. A flip book from the 1920’s was of higher quality. Avoid this like the plague and get a media streaming device you can connect to ethernet.

    The only reason I bought this was cause youtube left Amazon as an app. But this unit is inferior to the 4k amazon stick
