    Does the same as a smart TV (which the sales guy didn't tell me) and the free stuff is craaappp, you have to subscribe to just about everything. Don't waste $50.00 on this junk scam

    Went thru the instructions word by word, it would not hook up to do streaming. Got help from on line and still would not work. Took it back to the store.

    Glitched after a few months

    This unit was great at first but began glitching very quickly. It stopped syncing with the TV, yhe remote stopped syncing with the unit, etc.

    Broke right away. Best Buy would not give us a refund or let us exchange for a new one. That stinks!!! We have a useless Roku.

    It never worked and I can’t return it because of the crazy 14 day return window. Awful customer experience and waste of money.

    Roku stick has to be reset at least 20 times a day. I have added the free extender and still have the same problem. Have an older model that works very good.

    This roku was compromised and I paid 109.99 to set it up. Not right! Best Buy should give me my 109.99 back for what I paid the scammer.

    Keeps disconnecting from wifi

    Crappy. Wifi would continue to disconnect and you would need to reconnect everytime you turned off the TV and turn back on.

    Stop working within two months. It is slowing low power. I tried all recommended way to fix it but is not working.
