This is my second Streaming Stick + and I find it better than the "Smart TV" capabilities in my Samsung. I primarily bought this because of the poor WIFI boards within my Samsung TV. The Streaming Stick + is picking up a strong signal even up one level in my home. I have no delay or interruption watching Netflix or Amazon TV. So happy with the first one I bought another to keep the interface consistent throughout the home.

I was impressed with my Roku streaming stick. It works great and I love having the volume control on the Roku remote!

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick + in Best Buy on Cyber Monday and installed it that night. Everything was fine except the remote. The remote drains the batteries very fast. I would put in new batteries and within 4-5 days it would be totally dead! I did this about 3 times installing brand new batteries and they would die in about the 5th day of installing them. I only use my Roku once a night so it can't be from my usage. So, I bought another Roku from a different store and it too had the same problem! I did some research and there have been already several reports on this battery drainage issue. I returned both of them and got a refund.

Never an issue with Roku streaming stick works as expected would definitely purchase again if needed.

I enjoy the Roku Streaming stick. I purchased this one because my first generation Roku Streaming stick, which still works well, no longer has the ability to stream the Amazon App. Also, this model comes with the upgraded remote.

Bought this for my bedroom TV. There were a few things I wanted to watch before falling asleep. Big mistake. Now the TV is on all night. My living room TV has Roku. I cut the cable cord because of it. Roku is great, and this little stick gives exceptional performance. Just buy the stupid, addictive thing!!!

I've been buying Roku streaming devices for probably 10 years, a few from 6-7 years ago I still own and they still work even if they no longer get software support. It really goes to show how well made Roku products are and how hard this company works to keep our loyalty but keeping $50 ($30-$40 on sale) streaming stick investment viable longer than most keep their $1000 phones. This specific streaming stick has great built in wifi receivers, super fast processors for easily and quick maneuvering to switch between streaming channels and just 100s of every type of streaming service you could sign up for including many free ones like The Roku Channel which I check out every week to see what free show or movie is on there. If you're looking for the BEST streaming stick that'll cost about if not less than what a good cover for your phone costs, BUY THIS.

I was a little apprehensive that this thing would work. Well, its easy to setup, and use as you could possibly want. I have not watched regular TV in three months. I did have a bad remote, but Roku sent a replacement second day air. Two thumbs up!

First the good: this is way faster than my previous Roku and the setup was extremely quick and easy. If you do not use a soundbar or other surround type system this is a great option for you. Now the bad: While capable of controlling your TV's power and speakers, the Roku remote is not capable of controlling the audio of a sound bar or most other audio setups in which volume is controlled by a separate receiver. A search online will reveal a few workarounds if your receiver or soundbar is connected to your TV with HDMI, but if you're connected with optical, RCA, or other interfaces there's no way to control volume. Roku support gave me a quick no as well and didn't indicate that this was a priority for them. It's a shame because I'm a fan of Roku and their products and the thought that goes into them, but to me this was a careless oversight that ignores the different types of audio setups out there - even Comcast (blech) figured out how to make their remote control aux audio 10 years ago.

Very pleased with purchase. Initially wanted just to get Netflix on a TV that had no wifi connection. Without any added subscription fees we've added about ten new networks to watch. Set-up was super easy

I replaced a several year old Roku 3 which randomly buffered some channels due to distance from my Wifi access point. That has not happened ever with the Stick+. Also seems faster moving between channels.

I cut my cable cord and I couldn’t be happier! After discussing with my friend network, they all suggested Roku as the go to option. So glad I made the change!

It has advanced wireless receiver (wireless-AC) and it gives you 4x the range and a stronger signal. It is 4K/HDR capable. It can also control TV On/Off and Volume. It carries all the live streaming TV paid subscription services. It also has lots of free content. Only downside is that "voice search" is very limited.

Love our Roku tv, and the adapters for Roku, but remote frizz out quickly. After changing the batteries it sometimes still doesn’t work I had to purchase remote 3 times

We just decided to cut the cord, and needed something for our main tv to stream. We are new to streaming, and setting up & using the Roku was so easy. I can't imagine ever going back now.

I have a Samsung 8 series that is about a year old. It has never streamed uninterrupted. Errors logged on cable modem although service is 100Mbps. Tested with my old Roku 3, which I currently use in MBR. Worked much better. Bought this for my Den. Samsung now streams flawlessly. No modem errors logged for 2 days. Only negative is that remote buttons are much lower than the one on my old Roku 3. As a result, they don't feel as positive in feedback when trying to find a key in the dark. Hopefully with time I will get used to it. Only a minor problem. Highly recommended.
