Had a couple Roku products for home TVs but wanted a portable streaming option to take with us when we travel. This was the perfect solution. Some streaming services only allow use in a different location for a short time to avoid allowing others to use your account, but this has worked for us for short 1-2 week trips. Of course it works great with your home TVs too!

Works great on my 4K tv. Easy to setup and easy to use. I like I can control my tv with the roku controller too.

The Roku Streaming Stick is a great product. It is easy to set up & use. The picture rendered is great too!

I like that this is just a stick does not require line of sight and is 4K. Very reasonable priced too

Very pleased with this purchase so far. Easy to use and set up. The remote is just average--I often hit the mute button, which is inconveniently located on the side of the remote, without realizing. The remote is too basic to use it as my sole remote, so I switch back and forth with my TV one when viewing antenna channels. I use the Roku for watching movies mainly...there is a lot of free content available.

Great streaming device, set up was straight forward, and remote is easy to use

Got the 4k addition as a video quality upgrade from our original Roku. So I decided to go with the voice remote although the idea of the voice remote being on. The only setting you have for the microphone access is to prompt on channels that use it. I would think there should be an opt out in the event voice recording might be stored. The only other issue I have is that HBO max app is available but doesn't work with login yet so a star was docked. That's one of the reasons why we bought it. Our older Roku couldn't support the new app. Now we have the new Roku and the app functionality still isn't there..

I like this roku..... I get all my streams and alot of free streams as well through it.easy set up...easy to use...saved me alot of money over the year with not renting a cable box.

Works perfectly. Installed this on a Fire TV because I'd had it with the Fire TV app - plus the TV remote refused to pair with the TV! Solved the problem, as I like the Roku better since we use it on two other TVs in the house. Love that it links your account so I don't have to download all of my subscription apps when installing. Already set up!

I had to replace my older Roku device. I chose this one because of the inhanced WI-FI ability. It has proven to be much more effective than the older Roku device. I like the hand held clicker. It includes a mute button which my older one didn't. But it is very easy to hit the mute button even when you aren't wanting to. Over all I give this my highest review.

We’re using this for cutting the cord from satellite. We’re streaming YouTube tv from this as our primary means of tv and it is running really well for us. We’re also using Plex, History, and a few other apps and they all run at a good clip and work well with no problems that we’ve noticed. The stick has been easy to use and was easy to setup.

I had a Amazon Stick and Roku Streaming Stick is not only fast, but very easy to access your streaming apps.

I have a TV in my bedroom that's a little older so I can't download new streaming apps and I switched a streaming TV service instead of cable, so in the living room there's no issue as we have an Xbox one and can watch everything with that device. So I did some looking around and came across Roku. It seemed to be the best reviewed and rated and when I went into the store I was told the same thing. The price was right and this device works perfect. It has an HDMI plug to go into the TV and a USB option for power, so if you have a USB port on the back of the TV you can keep the device out of sight. It still works perfectly being behind the TV since it's plugged in. It also will turn the TV on and off as well as adjust volume with no need for programming or putting in random codes. We easily downloaded the apps for the streaming services including Disney+ and it's easy to rearrange the order of the apps. Only complaint which is very minor is the volume controls on the remote are on the side so sometimes when I grab that remote I hit the volume on accident. Not a big enough deal to merit losing a star. This thing is the streaming device you're looking for.
