It is so easy to setup and use. If you have a 4K tv, the picture is really out of this world.

My wife and I decided to cut the cord earlier this year. We had been working with a combination of devices - our Smart TV, a Fire Stick, our PS4, etc. The Roku is able to combine all of them into one. No more trying to remember which streaming service went with which input. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I haven't had any issues with it overall.

I have a TV in my bedroom that's a little older so I can't download new streaming apps and I switched a streaming TV service instead of cable, so in the living room there's no issue as we have an Xbox one and can watch everything with that device. So I did some looking around and came across Roku. It seemed to be the best reviewed and rated and when I went into the store I was told the same thing. The price was right and this device works perfect. It has an HDMI plug to go into the TV and a USB option for power, so if you have a USB port on the back of the TV you can keep the device out of sight. It still works perfectly being behind the TV since it's plugged in. It also will turn the TV on and off as well as adjust volume with no need for programming or putting in random codes. We easily downloaded the apps for the streaming services including Disney+ and it's easy to rearrange the order of the apps. Only complaint which is very minor is the volume controls on the remote are on the side so sometimes when I grab that remote I hit the volume on accident. Not a big enough deal to merit losing a star. This thing is the streaming device you're looking for.

Fire stick works great. The alexa voice control makes it easy to use. Was easy switch from apple to this.

This little stick is my answer to getting entertainment out of my very old TVs. This choice met my needs (to stream Philo). It works flawlessly, including offering Roku stations for free. I also checked out the newer Google Chromecast because I had the original Chromecast. I chose the Roku bc it was better rated. Setup was minutes and was smooth. Very pleased!

Great streaming device, set up was straight forward, and remote is easy to use

Got the 4k addition as a video quality upgrade from our original Roku. So I decided to go with the voice remote although the idea of the voice remote being on. The only setting you have for the microphone access is to prompt on channels that use it. I would think there should be an opt out in the event voice recording might be stored. The only other issue I have is that HBO max app is available but doesn't work with login yet so a star was docked. That's one of the reasons why we bought it. Our older Roku couldn't support the new app. Now we have the new Roku and the app functionality still isn't there..

Purchased so I could get rid of cable and satellite tv. Though you will need to purchase some programming, there is a ton of free programming. The basic packages are economical for non-couch potatoes.

Item arrived on time in perfect condition. With easy to understand instructions, it was a simple set-up. I bought it to replace our 5 year old stick that stopped working. This new one works perfectly. Instead of plugging the USB into the back of the TV, like I had done with the first stick, I opted to plug the new stick directly into out surge protector.

Had a couple Roku products for home TVs but wanted a portable streaming option to take with us when we travel. This was the perfect solution. Some streaming services only allow use in a different location for a short time to avoid allowing others to use your account, but this has worked for us for short 1-2 week trips. Of course it works great with your home TVs too!

I purchased this for its support of a Playstation Vue app. It streams over wireless with no problem and has many good apps available. And I like that it can be powered from on of the TV's USB ports.

Bought these for my landlord who wanted to ditch cable. He is in his late 60's and has trouble with technology. He has a couple nice older Sony Bravia Tv's worth keeping so adding easy to use smart functions was crucial. Roku is easy to set up and easy to teach to older folks.

This works really well. It's fast. The voice remote makes the operation easy. Very easy setup.

Before purchasing this item, I purchased a Roku Ultra. I absolutely love my Roku Ultra. However, I did not want to spend the same amount of money on one for a spare bedroom. This Roku Streaming Stick+ 4K seems to work as well as my Roku Ultra. I am verify satisfied. The speed is great, and the app selection is almost unbeatable.
