I was looking for a way to get access to streaming networks that were not included in my "smart" blu-ray player or TV, and that was not attached to particular content source, like the Amazon or Google devices. The Roku stick is easy to set up and use, and it provides access to hundreds of source, some free or that I was already subscribed to. Even with my relatively low bandwidth (10Mb/sec DSL) I get great video and audio.

Easy set up. Great interface. Thanks to Roku we are cutting the expensive cable cord.

This Roku streaming stick is a great little device, especially if you have an early HD TV that is not a “smart” TV, or, if you are thinking of cutting the cord. There are many choices in the RoKu channel store, including free options. It does take some practice learning how to navigate most efficiently, especially if you are used to cable or DISH, but it is not difficult.

This was a great purchase. Our TV model is an older smart tv and would not allow for the disney plus app to be added. This small device changed that. Now we can have the movie theater experience since the theaters were forced to shut down. Have used for the Fandango Now and Disney plus movies. It will take a little time to activate channels you want, but it is very quick.

Easy to set up and use. This is my 2nd Roku. My first is for an older non-smart tv. Love it. This one I bought for a Samsung smart tv that did not support Disney + or Apple TV. The Roku was easy to set up, but Apple TV does not work properly on our Samsung. The picture is off. I feel this is an Apple or Samsung problem, not a Roku problem. We are happy with our product.

We recently cut the cord from the cable company and we have a couple of guest rooms that have TVs but had no service. With this device we now have easy access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a slew of other services. The great thing about this device is that it can control the TV's volume and power and also provides a mute button. I have purchased 4 of these and never looked back.

Easy to use and set up, good price, picture is very good

Excellent product. I have several of these in various TVs around the house. The best feature making this different from the competition is that you can listen privately using your favorite earphones connected to your iphone. This is accomplished by downloading the Roku app on your iphone. I use it daily on my treadmill.

I love not paying high cable prices for channels I don’t even watch, even paying for three different subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus I still have way less of a bill and the Roku was so simple to hook up and start watching instantly and everything is hidden behind the TV no extra cables/wires, no need to use external power if your tv has a USB port.

Finally took the leap and cut the cable (TV) cord. (Still need internet.) But with YouTube TV, Philo AND Netflix through Roku, I save $103 month over my Comcast Cable TV bill, while not missing a single channel I watch regularly (plus adding Netflix). Half that amount in the first month covers the cost of the Roku, leaving an approximate $50 savings month one, and twice that each month thereafter. #cordcuttersunite

I got 3 streaming stick pluses and a roku ultra to cut the cord from cox. Very happy with them, I have them under 1 roku account so I can manage most of my services through roku pay. Only thing I notice is after a month or so if I start getting some buffering, I need to unplug the power and plug it back in to reestablish an internet connection then I am good to go. Easy to use for my whole family.

Super easy to set up and works well on my 4K TV. It really is plug and play.

Easy Setup. Works as advertised. Powered off the USB port which means one less cord hanging. Still waiting to see how the remote battery usage goes as many complain about battery usage going fast. The mute button on the side with the volume makes it too easy to mute by accident. Other than Netflix, we don't have any other streaming services now.

My family and I love this! So easy to use and lightening fast.
