Great device...impressive how easy it is to use

Our Samsung smart tv is older so this was necessary. Teamed with Hulu Live we have all our channels at a substantial savings. The remote is really easy to use and controls everything necessary. The only channel we miss is pbs, but with our $60 donation, we can download their app to Roku and see all our PBS programs, only a day or so later.

Great and worthwhile purchase

Fast and responsive and picture quality is great. This is on the 2nd floor and probably 100ft from my router which is on the 1st and no noticeable lag. Plus if you are a Comcast customer Roku has the Comcast beta app that lets you get rid of the cable box and that’s a $10 savings per month. It’s a 5 star even without this though.

Pays For Itself

It's not as user friendly as using the Xfinity remote but you get used to it knowing you aren't paying Comcast $10 a month for a box. Plus the picture quality is better than what you get from a Comcast box. This thing will pay for itself.

Fantastic reception and 4K display is great! No complaints. I use this along with my Xfinity cable box and get all my cable channels in my bedrooms. Bought one to try out and bought two more after trying it out. Works great on HDMI and older RCA connected TVs.

Roku Streaming Stick+4K

It works excellent with my Insignia 24" - 1080p TV that I purchased in July of 2011. I'm so glad that I got it and I'm able to view so many different channels and watch movies and TV programs for free. This is the best and I'm so very happy with it!! :~)

Easy setup! Great Picture!

Took it out of the box, connected it to the TV very easily. Followed the onscreen instructions and within a few minutes, it was downloading the “channels” (aka: apps) that I had on the other one. Definitely a much better picture, and it responds quicker, apps open quicker. Love the voice enhanced remote.

Roku Fan Forever

I am about ready to get completely unplugged. I've taken my roku with me on holiday and plugged into another TV and voila! All my streaming apps are there ready to use. Its so compact and easy to set up. I am a life time member and have not regretted one minute of my decision to go with ROKU!!!
