It was easy to setup. The menues are easy to use. Although I haven't had time to use it alot and I have not been able to experience all the functionality (like Alexa interface) every thing I have tried has worked great.

We have two of these Rokus and enjoy using them. We have added the app Plex and are able to watch our home library through this device. It is easy enough to hook up and learn. We also added our home videos and pictures to it.

LOVE ROKU! This was super easy to install and use. It took a little time to add my subscriptions, but after that - it was super easy to use and to move from one TV to another. The voice remote is a great feature too.

I purchased this Roku in order to stream Disney +. Prior to Disney +, I was just using my Sony bluray for Netflix but Disney + was unavailable so it was time for an upgrade. This device streams everything and works a lot better than my bluray did.

Was previously using a Fire Stick in the same location. Had trouble with buffering and video and sound quality. The Roku has been running smoothly. Supports a huge number of streaming services. Tried it on both a 4k and HD TV. Works well on both.

I have a handful of Roku's from the past, and this is the best so far. I love(!) the fact that it has a power on button and volume, thus rendering my tv remote obsolete. Thus, one less remote. Works quick, no issues, and thinking of getting another for my office.

Roku Streaming Stick is very fast, user friendly, and affordable. I decided to wait until Best had a sale to buy. One note is that the cube that you plug into the wall is quite fat so it could possibly take up to spaces of outlet holes.

I’m making the transition from a cable service to streaming to help save $. So far I’ve been really impressed with my Roku and it’s ease in working. The setup process was easy and instructions were great. Two thumbs up so far!

Easy to set up. Just plug it in, let it load the channels and start watching! Will buy another one for my 85 yr old mom. That's how easy it is. I recommend to everyone! I have a smart tv that includes Roku but this is on the kids tv.

Roku is the easiest streaming device to use for sure. The availability and number of apps is awesome and continues to grow. So easy to just plug the device into the back of the tv, connect it your wi-fi and your done!

Really convenient in its portability and ease of use. It provides ease of connectivity for my projector when we were camping. This is also the fourth one of these i have purchased for myself or my family.

This is my third Roku Struaming Stick bought from Best Buy. Cutting cable boxes from Spectrum to cut month rental box cost and to get smart streaming devices for my existing TVs. Great product and even better when on sale ($10 off).

I bought this Roku for my parents for Christmas so they can stream movies and tv shows. We have an older generation Roku and love it but I wasn't sure how the new Roku with the stick would work. It works great and is very user friendly for my older parents to use.

This is such a better option than a a fire stick and even easier to use than and Apple TV. It has everything you need in a nice compact device that you can take with you wherever you got and great for vacations.

The Roku turns your TV into a smart TV with just a quick plug in! My only criticism is the batteries For the remote that came with it died in less than 30 days! Glad I had some spares at home because there is no other way to use it!!!

this very easy to set up and use. Had a fire stick before and I would not go back. My son had a roku and kept after me to change. I resisted until I got tired of hearing about ROKU. Now I know why he kept after me

I have been very please with my Roku ! It made connecting to my Netflix and other channels much simpler. I do wish it had come with better instructions on setting up. But once that was figured out it was great.

I found this to be the best streaming device available. I like to stream a lot of apps, and Roku makes it easier than Fire Stick from Amazon, Google Chromecast, or other blu-ray players.

The technician quickly installed a new Roku stick and enabled its use, an also hooked up a DVD player. He also clarified that an existing password saver was sufficient for safe use. Everything worked well.
