Purchased as a gift. My friend’s much older Roku didn’t allow or support Apple TV. Roku- whether a plug-in or built in - is a simple and straightforward platform. Well worth the money

Roku stick great from streaming video over a high speed internet connection. Dump cable TV. You can get all the same content with services like Hulu st s cheaper price. Pleanty of free content out there as well.

It streams well. I find it strange on some channels that you have to have a paid tv provider to stream the channel. (Why stream, then?) The voice remote helps in finding entertainment. Roku has a large assortment.

Very smooth! I prefer this over the fire stick any day of the week. Does not freeze. Love that it programs to the tv and has buttons for specific streaming services.

I used a firestick for a while but it was very buggy and would close down whatever I was watching every once in a while. The Roku stick has a very simple and easy to use interface. I have no complaints

It took us about two years to finally cut the cord. We haven’t missed anything that we weren’t watching already. Easy to use lots of options that are free. We are very happy with our decision.

A friend that educated me on streaming versus paying high cable bought a Chromecast but after I told him how easy my Roku was, he went out and got this too and likes it better. So easy to use my Grandson who's almost 2 can operate it.

This device is a great way to access many streaming option. The remote works well and there is an app available that enables you to use your phone as a remote and for sound.

The remote is easy to use, and I love that I don't have to point it at the TV for it to work, unlike IR remotes. I've lost HDMI content protection signal many times, but I can't tell if it's the device or the TV at fault. It usually requires the Roku to be restarted to fix it, which is annoying.

Works as advertised. This is not the newest model. I only use this for livestreaming our church services, so have no input on the usefulness of this product for other uses.

The Roku stick works well overall and has good portability and integration with other tech. The biggest issue I consistently run into is operating speed. In particular, on startup, it can sometimes take a solid 20-30 seconds to be able to navigate the menu. Not the end of the world, but frustrating at times.

Had to lower the cost of my monthly cable bill and the Roku made it possible. There are several free options as well as some reasonably priced packages which lets you choose what you're most interested in. All of the packages I've seen thus far will let you discontinue at any time without penalty so you can try one, drop it, then try another. If you like the first one best, drop the second and go back to the first. May take me a few months to decide the combinations I like best but so far I'm pleased with my options. I'm on an unlimited fiber optic internet service running 3 TVs, a notebook, 3 phones, 2 tabletsl and 3 Amazon Echos and haven't had but a rare buffering issue.

Good streaming tool. If you don't have a smart tv, then this a great alternative to turn your flat screen tv to smart tv. You can watch Youtube , sling, Disney plus, etc. Great product.

Streaming media is perfect and picture quality is great. No real drops in audio or frame rate. However, I am not sure why the stick can’t be turned off or put to sleep. It is always on. It’s sometimes over heats and freezes causing me to have to unplug the power. Odd decision by Roku to not have a sleep function...

Another great Roku. The remote works great, even with the Stick hidden behind the TV. The ability to use the Roku for TV power on/off and volume is also very convenient.

Better than I expected. I have a TCL Roku TV in the spare bedroom and I love it. Bought this as an additional smart center to use on my Samsung in the living room. Definitely worth it!

I've owned two other Roku products and this is the best so far. I love the fact that it can turn on and off the tv and the easy access to Sling and Disney. Easy to use and voice remote is a nice addition.

The sales associate (Elijah) spent a lot of time with me discussing the various streaming devices offered and we determined that the Roku Streaming Stick+ was exactly what I needed. Set up was very easy and I was watching within minutes.

Easy to connect. Great quality picture. No buffering. Easy to add apps.

We bought the Roku as part of our cord cutting effort. It was easy to set up and it works well. We don’t like two things. First we can’t use our Harmony universal remote to control the Roku and the Roku remote does not work with sound bars or home theater receivers. Second the stick is very big and the location of port on our tv has the Roku stick straight backwards
