I was late to the cord cutting trend and now that I have the Roku I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. Between the free apps and content Roku has and the streaming services I subscribe to, I saved myself $100/month canceling my TV service. This thing paid for itself as soon as I bought it. The user interface is simple and easy to navigate, you can restrict purchases from being made without a PIN so there are no accidental charges to your card, and I especially love the search function that will find content across any app you have installed -- no more pulling up an app at a time to see if they have what you're looking for.

Works really good. Video is clear. It's compatible with most every streaming app. The interface is simple and easy to learn. The remote is responsive, no lagging.

We are now saving $10 per month by getting rid of our rented xFinity box and using a Roku for our second television. Set up was super easy and it is working great. So far, no problems.

I would recommend this item for cutting the cord. Easy to install, easy to use. Will make it easy to forget the other companies that has cornered the way you watch television. I won't go back to any of those companies.

I've used a Chromecast device for years in my living room. I wanted a 2nd streaming device for the small TV I have in my bedroom bc I didn't want to have to buy a smart TV (my current TV has a DVD player built into it, which is hard to find). I considered Apple TV, Firestick, another Chromecast, and the Roku. The pros about this device are that all the streaming services I want are available (Hulu, Prime, Netflix, Pandora, and Spotify), I can either sign into my accounts from the device or activate via a PC, and I don't have to use my phone or other device to cast - its all built in. I've been using it for weeks now without any connection issues. Highly recommend!

We purchased two of these when we switched cable companies and no longer needed so many set top boxes. These are Simple to set-up and work great with our Xfinity pacakage

I had an older Roku, and it did not stream some channels very well, no longer had Hulu, etc. Really , I wanted to experiment with replacing cable with streaming, and this device does this. While some reviews note that there needs to be room for the stick behind the TV, I found that even though it sticks out pretty far, it was still shorter than my base. Once I got it set up, it seems to work flawlessly with the apps I use. I have never tried the voice remote function, and I find the side mute button to be a bit annoying, but this is a solid device that works well to replace the streaming options in my now 4 year old, smart tv.

I got this to add to a bedroom TV for visitors to stream content. It works perfectly and the picture is clear and doesn't drop. I think it will also come in handy for vacation homes when we travel!

Best deal ever from bestbuy. I got this based on recommendations from bestbuy staff, but i have no regret because it's easy and more convenient than the plug ones.

Great budget 4k Roku device compared to the 4k express which the remote and device would lock up and need a reboot to fix. But this device works flawlessly.

Purchased this to replace a competitors streaming device. Works great and we have a few other Roku devices. This one costs a little less and works great where we are using it.

Best value Roku device for the features (like 4k streaming) in a small, convenient package. Great ease of use. Though, one issue would be that the remote battery dies very quickly & needs replacement batteries way too often. Otherwise a great package.

Great item so easy to use I just figured out I do not need to plug it into the wall to use. I can connect it to my TV for power via USB. As someone who hates wires this is a godsend.

The Roku stick and remote arrived quickly and were a snap to install and operated. Should have purchased Roku much sooner and it permits everyone easy access to favorite programs with ease.

Very happy with this item. Small and made the overall look of my entertainment center better looking. I bought this to replace the box that I had since 2016. I hope this one is as reliable.

It has nearly every app we need ( using the term nearly because I'm not sure if there's something I eventually want that won't be there). It's discreet and saves us the annoyance of having a box hang off the front.

Replaced an older XS model that had become just too much of a pain. The Streaming Stick is wickedly faster and responds without hesitation. The Roku store has your traditional apps and a few useful apps to fill in the holes. The install is the easiest task. Roku doesn't make it obvious that the included USB cord will be needed to power the stick.

Snappy interface. Best of the streaming devices. I had a FireTV before, but this interface is less cluttered and more user-friendly. Highly recommended.

Th is my 4th roku product and still a great purchase! I always recommend roku over the others. I have tried the others but they are now lost somewhere in the house - roku beats them hands down.

We installed it in our trailer so we have options without paying for a dish when traveling. It works great. We had to make a couple of changes to the settings but it has been really awesome.
