Two of them work great and one had issues. I worked with Roku online and we tried some fixes, but they didn't work, so they are sending me a new one. I was very satisfied with Roku customer service.

I love the instant replay button that works with most of my apps. I would prefer not having ads on my home page though. Also, I would like to have access to past versions of netflix, I really really don't like this version where video clips just autoplay constantly while you browse the menu. I like that the remote controls the tv through the roku using rf technology so I don't have to point it at the tv, but I would prefer the tv buttons not be on the side of the remote. They are way too easy to push by mistake. It's almost impossible to simply pickup the remote without accidentally pushing volume or mute.

You can opt to turn off the autoplay in Netflix. To do so, go to your Account page from a web browser. Then open the Profile & Parental Controls settings for the profile you want to manage. Change the Playback settings and check or uncheck the option to Autoplay previews while browsing on all devices.

I would expect the batteries to last at least a year, but no go!!
