There is no better affordable streaming device than Roku. The Streaming Stick+ 4K Streaming Media Player has a great GUI, a voice remote with TV power/volume buttons, 5Ghz wifi connectivity, 4K resolution, and it does not take up any shelf space. I bought this for my elderly mother who can navigate the device with little assistance.

I have always been a apple guy. Plus I have tried amazon fire stick. I have to say I like roku the best. Its laid out clear and simple. No fluff no confusing crap to try and navigate around. The fire stick likes to stick stuff you have to pay for right in the middle of what your searching through. Roku by far has the cleanest easiest to use interface.

We've had Roku for many years and just upgraded our TV to a Sony 900 4K. We purchased this Roku upgrade and it works great, especially with 4K content. Worth the purchase price for sure!

Roku is the best for all your streaming needs. I have a lot of older smart TVs that don't have an app store to get the newest apps so this was the right product for me. I like that i have on remote for the TV because they work for your TV. I have roku products for all my TV's. Really easy to use.

My ROKU stick+4K streaming device is really great. I was surprised that I could install it and stream from it easily by myself. I am very satisfied with this device being able to stream so many channels/broadcasts plus the countless news and movies that I could see. I recommend ROKU to everyone with internet.

I purchased 13 to eliminate 12 Comcast decoder boxes and the $9.99 per box Comcast fees. You have to have one cable signal connected to 1 TV, and it streams to the rest. Converted all old TVs into smart TVs, and improved the picture on all. An efficient way to lower Comcast bills. Lowered ours by $120/month, and have hundreds of free channels with options to purchase more: Netflix, Fandango. Pluto, etc.

I've tried the rest, but Roku is best. Streams more than the others. Easier to set up. Rock solid performance. Resolution is consistently higher clearer picture. Only down side I've found, they try, and _DEMAND_ you set up an account with a credit card before it finishes linking up. Very, very, aggravating, I almost boxed it up and took it back, but found a work around on line. I hope it's still there.

This was purchased as a backup for the content my “older” Apple TV no longer supports. It has now replaced my Apple TV. Which I never thought I’d EVER say! Roku even supports the Apple TV app, so I’m still able to watch content from my iTunes library. The picture quality is stunning. Everything runs smooth and fast. So happy that I went with this!

Purchased to replace my older Roku stick. MUCH faster! Very happy with the newer remote, which now controls tv power and volume. My SO liked my new Roku stick and updated his as well. I use Roku sticks in my bedroom and guest rooms to avoid paying for Fios set top boxes and take one with me when I travel. These little sticks are great :)

The Roku was the best wireless option when I installed a TV on my daughters wall. The ease and picture quality with our wi-Fi is amazing. Why it’s not standard with every tv is beyond me. Though a booster for signal is included it was not necessary, so that is much appreciated to. Took longer to read directions that do all the work. Highly recommend. A+, 5 Stars

I've been very pleased with the streaming stick. I had purchased one of the set top devices for our living room TV and when there were no more in stock, I decided to go with the streaming stick a few weeks later. My biggest concern was that it wouldn't be able to be as responsive since it was depending on (what I think is) an RF signal as opposed to an IR one like the set top version uses. Nope. Works just fine and does everything that the other one does. I actually like it better because it "hides" completely behind the TV and there aren't any visible cords. One word of warning though...make sure your set has a USB connection so that it can get power that way. Otherwise, you may have to get a power cord to run to it from a wall outlet. I also have an older model TV that I'm going to have to get another set top unit for because it doesn't have a USB input. I've been concerned about doing the power this way because I've read reports that, when powered with a cord in this manner, the unit gets hot. When you have one that uses the USB connection, it only draws power when the TV is turned on.

The performance on this streaming stick is great as the interface is very responsive. The UI is sensible and easy to use, and the Roku Channel has a lot of free content. Lots of apps as well. Wifi connection is really good as well with the uniquely designed antenna on the power cord, but the best feature of all is the volume and power button on the remote that works with my TV. One remote for both stick and TV.

I bought this stick primarily because it has a proper Youtube TV app (my Fire TV Stick doesn't), has great Wi-Fi specs, and supports 4K (which I do not have now, but may in the future. Hard to beat Best Buys deal of $10 off plus 30 days free Sling TV. The remote is great because it does not require line of sight to the stick and also includes TV on/off and volume control, which has proved very useful.

The Roku Stick + was very easy to install, easy to setup and easy to operate. We have used it to watch multiple streaming services. The remote is simple but very functional. It was very simple to synchronize the remote with a Samsung TV ( old enough not to be a Smart TV) to control volume and on/off power. I would recommend the Roku Stick +.

Reasonable price, intuitive controls, easy setup. Good entry level product for streaming.

Has a good combination of features and ease of use. Voice controls work fairly well and save you from typing which can be awkward. It’s highly convenient and not a bad price. I use it to mostly watch Hulu and YouTube, you can also stream from your phone (for example if you start a YouTube video on your phone, you can switch to watching it on your television)

Well I have Chromecast, Apple TV and Roku Streaming Stick +. While the Apple TV has benefits if you are within apple ecosystem and prefer Siri, I like the Roku's interface much better. Even though the 4K (+) may not be useful now, I would still suggest to invest in this if you plan a new TV in a few years. Once you invest in Roku, I don't think you need any investment for smart interface for at least 7-8 yrs.
