Overheats

You are gonna need the hdmi extension if you want to use it without it overheating. Don’t bother calling Roku support to help with the problem , they have the worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. After receiving the hdmi extension it doesn’t overheat anymore but it’s something Roku probably should’ve included in the first place not something you have to order ( it’s free) but you have to order it through Roku

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we used to have a first gen. apple tv, but it couldn't add the disney+ app so went over to roku... and we haven't looked back. first, the software formatting is much better in that we can edit it more, and the second improvement is that the shortcut buttons are so helpful. while it could have used a headphone jack (our old t.v. is not set up for bluetooth) otherwise it has all the features that make it much more intuitive than the apple setup. and much much cheaper to boot! win-win.
