If you’re considering getting a Roku stick, this is it. It has the enhanced WiFi capabilities and better processor to minimize any potential for buffering, better remote and is 4K capable if your TV has this resolution and the video content is in 4K. Got it on sale for $50 and I definitely prefer the Roku platform layout over Amazon Firestick.

I bought this for a secondary lesser used TV, simply to have Netflix and YoutubeTV access. The price was excellent. The unit was very easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. My primary TV is equipped with a 4th gen Apple TV. I think Roku's execution and interface are actually better than Apple's. If I could do it all over again, I'd have all Roku's and ditch Apple TV.

I’ve been using roku for years and they just keep getting better. I upgrade every couple years at Christmas time when the prices on them drops to an all time low. They keep getting smaller and faster. I like how the profile doesn’t favor any one service they are all displayed equally and all the apps run well. Great way to stream.

I used to be all about the Fire Stick. I still have them, but I rarely ever use them anymore. Roku is a better experience. Why is it better? My family and my significant other have no issues using it. One button on the Roku Remote turns on my otherwise complicated Home Theater. Voice search allows everyone to find what they are looking for easily. (Almost) all apps are available and work without issue. Compared to the Fire Stick, it's just overall easier to find what I want and watch it. Connect a Roku Soundbar, Speakers, and Sub, and it's everything I would have otherwise spent thousands of dollars on. No need to run wires to those either. Actually, you wouldn't even need this stick if you went that route, a Roku is built into the soundbar! The Roku Channel / Live Streaming Channels actually feel like watching regular tv, something I have not had or paid for in a long time. I've bought a Roku TV as well, and right now those are better because they have Dolby Vision. That is missing on this, and is the only downside. If you are thinking about getting anything Roku, do it. You'll be happy.

I use this all the time. We have two of these. I use the Roku over the cable because I like the search menu, the channels options for streaming movies and I like surfing YouTube for live music concerts. All on TVs that are in spaces with no wired cable available. Pretty darn nice!

We just purchased a brand new UHD Sony TV and could not figure out how to get to NHL package. The Roku is an easy way to get to all the apps that we want.

Easy to set up and use. Intuitive remote control layout. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is some sort of connector for the HDMI dongle. With my TV, the HDMI slots are set in such a way that the stick won't fit in the HDMI slot without hitting the TV housing. So I have to buy a separate "swivel" (elbow) male to female HDMI connector to use the Roku. An Amazon Fire stick comes with a connector like that so you can fit the HDMI stick in a tight space. Wish Roku had the same.

The Roku Streaming Stick+ was delivered on time with easy setup. I haven't experienced any issues with it. It does what it says. I have really been enjoying it. The remote is very nice and controls the TV with no issues. I really like the fact that it also has a mute button on it along with voice recognition.

Super easy Bought one for all family members this Xmas. Lots of channels...so much better than chrome cast!

My 4k bravia has a horrible selection of apps to watch and I didnt realize my ps4 didnt stream 4k. this media player was cheap easy to use and plays 4k.

This is the third Roku stick I have purchased so we have one for each TV in the house. It is easy to set up and the remote is easy to use. Once connected to the wireless network, you can add/remove apps for whatever shows or streams you wish to use. Great device, easy to use, and great picture quality

I bought it for my mom. Not very tech savvy, but it's easy for her to use. The roku devices also have their unique roku channel app, which is free. The app streams thousands of movie and TV shows with ads, but if you can see past that, it's a ton of free content. The device also supports every popular streaming service there is to date.

I have been using a Roku player to stream my television services for years now, and the Roku stick is perfect for us to use in our spare guest rooms, and to travel with us while we are on the go! New apps are easy to download, and the remote is infrared, so we don’t have to point it directly at the tv for it to function properly.

This was easier to setup than expected, 5 minutes or less. I now get more channels than using my cable alone, plus the roku apps provide features that cable doesn't such as streaming my DVR recordings through the roku and setting up a TV where there is no available cable TV wired connection. After seeing how well this worked my family bought 3 more rokus!

Bought this for our summer home based on our experience owning a smart TV with Roku built in. Our second home has a Samsung TV and we really didn't like the "smart" system, so we picked up a Roku stick and now our other TV has the same familiar interface and ease of operation.

It was easy to set up. The voice activation assists in perusing the Roku application. The buttons on the remote are limited and require practice and following navigation screens to utilize the system fully. There is additional assistance found on YouTube that helps in utilizing the Roku streaming stick to its fullest potential.

So far so good. Purchased both the Amazon Fire Stick and this after cutting the cable cord. Like the Fire Stick, it too boasts voice controls, and even includes quick buttons for Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Sling, to make accessing your paid subscriptions that much quicker. If you're used to the Amazon Prime Video UI, however, or if you still have cable and are used to its interface, there is a tiny bit of a learning curve to using Roku. Adding apps and channels to your Home screen is simple, for the most part, except when you have to activate a code ("Select your provider") for PBS or other such channels, or create separate accounts (like Haystack) in order to get local news channels. I have enough accounts and passwords to remember, thank you. That said, everything is here, but as with most everything these days, not everything is free. Roku is like a vending machine - and for that matter, the Amazon Fire Stick is too - you can browse, but ultimately, you'll have to buy or be subscribed to get the most out of it.

Roku is great, nice remote, easy to use. Beautiful 4K picture!

I have used Roku boxes for many years. This time selected the stick+. It has same interface as the boxes and I can find no differences in speed or display from the Roku Ultra which I also use. I have tried various streaming products from Apple, Amazon and others, but always come back to Roku because of the unlimited range of channels and excellent connectivity.
