Nifty little gadget that works faster and better than our old Roku box. We brought it to our beach rental, plugged it in to the TV there, and it worked great. Very portable.

This is my first streaming device and I like it so far. Great picture quality.

I purchased the Roku instead of having ro rent another cable box and love it.

The Roku was easy to attach to the TV. It has been a little more complicated to understand how to navigate in this new world, but there are tips to explore on screen, online help, and when I searched diligently I found a phone number where I could ask questions of a live person. I've had the device for three or four weeks now, added two really nice programming packages that together cost about what I was spending on cable, and am now able to watch the programming I have been wanting to watch for a long time. There is a vast number of choices to be made of programming options, depending on how much one wants to spend. I want to watch soccer forever. I recommend this product, as long as you have adequate Internet speed.

Bought this for my mom and she loves it. Easy to set up and being able to customize the home screen is a big plus. It's smooth, easy to navigate and having the Disney+ and Netflix button on the remote is a big plus

Since I wanted to get rid of cable TV, I needed something to stream TV channels (I switched to SlingTV). I ended up buying 5 of them. Even though 1 TV had the SlingTV app on it, I bought a Stick for it since it seemed to respond quicker when switching channels than the installed app. I also like the ability to watch other streaming services through the Stick since I already had Nefflix but added Disney+, and Hulu. I would recommend purchasing the SideClick universal remote so I can use more of the functions on my TV which the Stick remote doesn't operate. Easy set up and no problems so far.

I love these Roku sticks. I own about 5 and use in our RV, my SUV, house, and carry one when I travel. Extremely easy to use and setup way better than the Amazon firestick which I also own and never use.

It's great to cut the cord for cable, but this does over heat a bit. We had the previous version before 4k came out. Once we bought our 4k TV it brought everything to life. The amazing quality of picture on the screen is excellent. Just be careful to keep an eye out for over heating. Once the warning signal comes on. GO RETURN IT AND GET A NEW ONE.

This was very easy to set-up. It practically did it by itself. The remote also pairs itself to your TV, it did mine anyway, so you don't have to use different remotes. The ROKU remote controls the power and volume of the TV.

The Roku Stick is small and compact. Hide's right behind my tv with no extra power cable or HDMI cable joining with the rest of my cable train going to the floor. Problem, once overheated when started to quarantine. So, definitely not meant to be used all day every day. Give it a break by turning it off or unplugging it to let it cool down.

I bought the Roku to access Netflix on an older TV/Receiver in the guest bedroom. I was amazed how easy it was to install and use. The Roku just plugged into the HDMI of the receiver and the remote control easily controls both the TV and receiver (power and volume). As a surprise, it streams high quality audio from my Spotify and Pandora accounts. No need for wired connection, the wireless setup works fine. THere's a lot of services available on Roku, many free but I have yet to find something so I can cut the cord. It may be out there, but I haven't found a way to use the Roku on my media server to DVR live shows. If they can get that to work then this would be the greatest invention for entertainment yet!

I have used other devices like this and none of them work as well as the Roku. I have purchased 3 one for each of my kids rooms. I plan on purchasing 2 more to replace the other devices I have on my other 2 TVs.

I was about to purchase apple TV. I purchased all of the previous generations of apple TV and was about to purchase the latest version when I came across this product. Since product was approximately $130 less I said "WHY NOT". this was the BEST decision I've made an electronic History!

This streaming device is very convenient, and simple to install. I also liked to be able to use just this small remote control to operate the TV. It seems to turn your regular TV in a smart TV. Great product.

I have owned a firestick in the past and I did not find it to be easy to use at all. The Roku works easily and honestly it works as well as my regular TV remotes. The only drawback is it does not control volume.

Easy to hook up and set up. Easy to use, what I expected and a little more with the App selections. It doesn't have the greatest wireless range for WIFI, I'm in a basement room and the router is upstairs room opposite end of the house. Use in the same room as the Wireless router or get a network extender, that worked for me.

The device itself is is solid and I’d say it’s probably just as good as my 4k firestick. I removed a star however because roku and spectrum couldn’t agree to a deal so it made the reason why I purchased this ( to replace my spectrum cable box) useless. Still use it for streaming other apps though.

We needed a streaming device that would provide access to the Youtube TV service. The built in app on our Smart TV could not be updated and was no longer compatible. So, we had to find a HDMI device that would provide an up-to-date app and this Roku did just that. It is easy to set up and it has allowed us to cancel our previous satellite TV service. We have more than paid for the Roku with the savings between our satellite TV service and the streaming Youtube TV service. We have all of our previous channels and more. We could not be happier. Roku made it all possible!

This is a must-have accessory even for smart TVs that come with streaming apps already built-in. And it is even better than Amazon's Fire Stick. The original remote control for my Vizio E-series Smart TV is very sluggish. Even after replacing it with an upgraded model, I continued to experience frustrating lag when pressing the buttons. I had enough so I bought this Roku stick. Performance is noticeably superior to the Vizio OEM remote control when used for streaming, and it immediately solved all of the issues that I had with it. There will be no more Vizio TVs in my future TV purchases, but a Roku streaming stick most definitely will.

The new Roku 4K with voice control is the easiest device to use. Just plug and go! Turns every 4K tv into an internet steaming wonder! Voice control makes it even easier than one button remote. Highly recommend for any age.
