We originally got the Roku stick to replace cable boxes with spectrum TV. I am surprised and very happy with how well they work for that and for Netflix and other streaming apps. Also like the newer version of remote that has the ability to control TV.

Does what i expected

Setup was easy once I figured out what information I needed. Have moved to different TVs and all in good. I also think the movies on Roku channel are better than what Hollywood is turning out. Would recommend to people that don't have a smart TV.

I quickly dropped cable and became an avid Roku user. In fact I have about 7 of them throughout the house and in the garage. Oh did I tell you I bought the last one on sale. Hard to say no - would have bought it even at the regular price. It’s worth it. They work great.

Do Not Need Cable Anymore.

I can even get my cable channels with it and it does not cost anything. The best feature is all the different things you can view without cost. I will be turning in one of my cable boxes because it is no longer needed. I am sorry I did not purchase this a long time ago.

Easy setup!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this five stars, but nothing tells you that the stick might not fit on your tv, or whatever you need to plug it into, without ordering an additional piece (an adaptor). It took a couple of weeks for the adaptor to get to me once I ordered it, for free, online. I was able to use my stick in the meantime though because I was replacing an Amazon Fire stick and that used the same adaptor. I just tried it by chance. Glad I did. Anyway, very easy to setup and use. I like it way better than I did the Amazon Fire stick which frequently crashed on me.
