She says the earpiece is easy to pair, has clarity, and stays in the ear for long without the discomfort associated with other Bluetooth ear pieces.

I have used several different and these stay in place well when the correct ear pieces on them. With my old phone the volume is low but with my Note20 the volume is good as well.

I’ve owned many ear buds over the and even invested into “musician” grade Shure molded to my ears and these are simply amazing for the price. Deep bass and crisp highs. You simply can not go wrong.
