The microphone sounds very low during phone calls....exchanged for Bose earbuds which are clearly superior to Beats Studio buds

Awful, awful, awful!!!

Intermittently cut in and out, the battery life is awful. 8 hrs total before i had to recharge the ear buds AND the case. Considering the price and they are “Beats”, I expect the sound quality to be better than it was. These are not worth $25 bucks let alone what they charge. Had them a week before inwas fed up and returned them.
