Connectivity Issue and Earbud not outputting sound

Paired once, earbud wasnt working so I tried repairing and it didn’t pair to my phone. Holding the button in the case doesn’t work either. Doesn’t go back into pairing mode. Should have taken the 1 star reviews into consideration other than looking at the good reviews. Not even 24 hours of having them and Im already returning these.
