    Returned earbuds. In the past, I have had positive experiences with Beats. The Best Buy team member told me that these are currently the most returned item right now. The sound quality was poor and they do not get very loud. Very disappointed.

    I had high hopes for these but to be honest they are terrible. No matter the size of the ear piece you use they do not stay in the ears. If I could return them I would.

    Terrible!! I dont recommend they don’t stay in ur ears even wen I changed the cushion to EVERY size. Everytime I push them back in my ear I hang up on my call. Hurts my ear and doesn’t stay in. Sound is great for when they DO stay in ur ear

    Ear buds goes dead in 5 or 6 hours. worst life of air buds I've ever had. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $150 I PAID.
