Got these for my husband, he loves beats and misplaced his first pair, best headphones ever.

Good headphones but drop out occasionally. Good quality

This was the quickest, easiest process i jave encounyered doing inline pick up. Very easy to do and order was waiting when i arrived.... with no lines to stand in. Awesomr!!!

I like them music wise but when I get phone calls a lot of my callers say they have an issue with hearing me.

The buds won't stay in my daughter's ears no matter which size we try and also they don't come with an ac adapter so we can't even charge them because we have iPhones and this is a different cable. I'm not buying a charger because we are returning them and getting air pods. Air pods stay in her ears no problem.

For context, i use my airpods pro a lot. I wanted a secondary earphones for my laptop since my airpods were already connected to many devices. The fit was good and i was excites to try them, but they had the worst sound quality ever. It did not compare to my airpods pro. I thought it could be defective and tried a different unit (got it replaced) it still wouldnt give me the quality i expected. I would not recommend this if you are coming from a high quality earphones.

Overall the beats studio buds have great sound and bass but, the simple truth is, is that there are more cons than pros. With my pair of studio buds my left ear wouldn't turn off or disconnect from the phone when put into the case. My left earbud would continue to be on even when in the case. This caused the case to be dead along with the earbud itself. Also when using the facetime feature only one of my studio buds would receive facetime audio. When switching from transparency mode to noice cancelling mode you barely notice a difference. When on facetime or calls you must manually switch to the studio buds. When you are trying to adjust the earbuds in your ear more times than not you will end up hitting the button. This results in switching songs or hanging up calls. If you desire great noise canceling earbuds I would recommend getting the airpods pro. The airpods pros had none of the problems listed above.
