nice earbuds, the only problem I have is it is hard for them to stay in my ear, I tried all the sizes and I move just right and they come out, but for the price, I can live with them

Great sound, but does not fit my ear well, I tried all sizes of earplugs it comes with but does not stay put.

Really disappointed by the ability of these earbuds. Every time I’m on call for more than 20 min, the sound deteriorates insanely. The fit is uncomfortable with any of the cushions. I honestly didn’t except this from beats. No wonder they are so cheap. Apparently, price means everything. Sad to see that Beats has the ability of creating such bad device. I wasted my money.

Won’t stay connected to my phone and battery won’t stay charged.

The earbuds constantly fall off. The features are handy and sound is okay.

They are slow to connect to my phone and I’m constantly having to reconnect them back to my phone…

Doesn’t hold a charge ear buds only last for 2 hours with a complete battery charge.

My dad gave me these because he didn't want them. The sound quality is okay but they do not stay in your ear longer than five minutes. they slide out every two seconds and don't stay in your ear at all. i don't recommend these headphones at all.

Disappointed. My Buds went out on me and won't stop blinking white 3 times. I've tried resetting them still nothing. They won't charge.

They are excellent. Very easy go .. easily connects to android and Apple ... fits really well into my ears.

Please don't wast your money these headphones dies very fast

I didn't really notice that these were refurbished.... But that didn't matter since they did not work... They were returned and there were no more in stock, but that was for the better... I don't think that I will buy refurbished again... Not like the strong Apple brand....

Bud's don't stay in ear , any slight touch end your calls

I returned them for the reason that after 15 minutes the sound began to distort, I have had many problems with the headphones of this brand and they always come out defective and I will start looking for other brands

When on calls, it’s as if you are plugging your ears and hearing your own voice. This occurs on both Transparency mode and noise cancelling mode. I returned them and bought Apple AirPods Pro 2 which were 1000 times better.

They work great. My hubby has been through many pairs. Glad I finally found ones he truly likes!

There’s no reason to spend more on non-beats brand of ear budd. These are what everyone else is trying to compete against.
