I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

They sound good, don’t like that case have to be open to charge

They are good, only problem is on ear pod falls out of my ear a lot. Otherwise, these work great.

I've bought these on sale to replace my old earbuds. I've had them for a month and they've done a great job.

Apple did beats dirty they could gave made these sound so much better. Good base but highs and miss suck. Just get the pros or pro max because this is not even worth the price I rather pay 200 for better sound and features. Ever since apple taken over beats they have not been good at all they just use them for apple products and give beats left overs

These are the real deal. Greaf bass with a very deep tone. Weep worth the price I paid .
