People could Not hear me when talking on the phone

This is a review on the earbuds & customer service. I bought these on Cyber Monday as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the ear buds didn’t work, one side wouldn’t charge or take little charge. We went to exchange & they wouldn’t exchange them because the price was different than the sale price. We settled and they refunded us the sale price instead of just exchanging them. I understand that this was a sale price but I waited and bought them when it was the best time to buy and we had to pay the difference because I got faulty earbuds shipped to me. Not cool

The sound quality is really good and the noise cancelling works well too. The battery life is good and the case can also charge the ear buds. The only thing is none of the 3 different sized tips fit in my ears that well and sometimes they fall out.

Surpassed my expectations! I have some apple AirPods Max but wanted some buds to for exercising! I am very impressed for the price.

After going through two pairs off Apple AirPods, I decided to try Beats and they sound better in my opinion.

Sounds pretty good. Bass and treble are great. No distortion at higher volumes. Fit could have been a little better though. Noise cancelling is sub-par but at this price point I guess it’s probably as good as it can get.

They work perfectly and even the tracking works as we’ve already lost them a couple times! Sound is great and quality is as well!

I simply love these earbuds...crystal clear and quick and seamless connectivity. I am happy I made the purchase.

We bought these for our 10 year old son for Christmas. He loves them! We got a great Black Friday deal. He says they have great sound and seems very impressed by them.

Fits good in ears, sounds good and easy to manipulate. Only down side they last about 4 hours before recharge them again

Sound quality is trash, noise cancelling doesnt quite work like airpods would. Ive swapped the rubber bits to see if its just the way they fit, didnt really notice much of a difference. The over ears are way better
