He liked the sound but he had issues with the actual plastic buds that attach. Neither size fit well on him and they kept slipping off. Had to return. Nothing to do with the quality of sound just the size.

Good earbuds- may not fit everyone

The buttons are clickable, which I prefer over touch controls, so that is a plus. The only downside I have is they will not stay in my ears. They have to be adjusted every so often, which can be distracting, but if you don't have problems fitting earbuds in your ears, this is an easy recommendation!

Faulty earbuds & unaccommodating customer service.

Unfortunately the ear buds didn’t work, one side wouldn’t charge or take little charge. We went to exchange & they wouldn’t exchange them because the price was different than the sale price. We settled and they refunded us the sale price instead of just exchanging them. I understand that this was a sale price but I waited and bought them when it was the best time to buy and we had to pay the difference because I got faulty earbuds shipped to me. Not cool
