People on the other end of the call always complained that I sounded muffled. These are nowhere near the quality of the Apple AirPod pros.

The staff at Best Buy were so friendly and helpful during pickup, and the website is easy to use. I will definitely utilize Best Buy when making future technology purchases.

I work out (run and weightlift), so I wanted something to stay in my ear. Unfortunately, these kept slipping out. Although the sound is amazing & I love the noise-canceling feature, it doesn't hold up when you're moving. Also, having to physically click instead of tap the sides to change or pause songs was..a bit much. I prefer the AirPods. However, if you're looking for more sound quality to daydream away or for pure music purposes, this is great. Last bit: I was annoyed how I needed to buy the block for the USB-C cable that came with it.
