They are always falling out even when i try smaller and bigger buds. I can only use the ones that cover my entire ear. But they still deserve 5 stars.

WAY too harsh..

They are very clear buds, but there's almost no bass, couldn't eq it up, and they sound as tinny as an AM radio at times. They also have a heptic button (not touch) on each Bud, touch controls can be set up for volume up-and-down OR ANC Sound control (not both at same time), phone answering, and track playback controls good. ANC was barely noticeable, but it did add more bass. For the same price, the Samsung Galaxy FE buds were more comfortable, a warmer sound, blew the Beats away in my opinion.

Once I had a charge on both buds, I connected them to an iPhone which was quick and easy but then they would just disconnect and reconnect until I returned them. Checked for update to phone forgot device and repaired. I know mine is probably a one in a thousand occurrence but I just returned and got something different.
