They always fall from my ear it takes a couple of times to connect to the phone when I'm speaking to someone they hear everything in the background and I can hear everything also I changed sizes still falls out

It’s louder than my AirPods but I’m having issues with it staying in my ears

Still could hear background noise, regardless if noise cancellation was active!! Earbuds along with case did not remain charged for more than 1.5-2 hours. Item was listed and sold as brand new, but seems refurbished. While in use ( the 3 times I tried using before returning ) the earbuds would either take 30-45 seconds to connect, connect then disconnect or not connect at all.

These were given away as a gift -employee was happy

I got this for me. I love that I can use any earbud for any side.

Excellent product, great sound quality and battery.

On my 3rd pair of Beats in less than one month. Took in to Geek Squad for repair. Couldn't fix the microphone problem, sent to Apple Repair Center. Lost in transit. Another set of Beats sent to me via BB Store pick up. New pair wouldn't pair with iPhone correctly and still inaudible to people I was calling. Never got out of the store with them as Geek Tech sent them back and expedited new pair. They arrived this week and when I tried them out, same problems with pairing and audible issues. I was told to take them to an Apple Store. as it was a warrantee and Apple Care issue. I did today and guess what, Apple Associate did get them to pair with phone after many tries but audible issue was not functioning. I was told they , Apple Store, could not determine them bad and they now have sent them to their repair center to start another merry-go-round. I offered to upgrade to the Apple Air Pod Pros if they'd credit me for the Beats. I was told they couldn't do that. At this point they said I might get a different pair on the 19th of April, almost 7 weeks since the original pair was first sent in for repair by Apple from the BB Greek Squad Tech. I have 6 Apple products in my home and have never had a problem with any of them. The Beats Studio Buds are the worst things I've ever encountered as far as electronic hardware goes.

A nice Bluetooth device but not what I anticipated. Beats are typically known for the high quality of sound and being the studio version I assumed it would be no different. The Siri commands are a little streaky at best. The noise cancellation is also a bit average. Returned.
