Christmas exchange gift. They were the hit of the party.

Purchased these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. We had to return as there was static on on bud. We exchanged them with no issue, and he is experiencing no issues.

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

So, I normally get the wireless powerbeats but, I wanted to save money this time. I purchased the beats wireless earbuds and I hate them. They continuously fall out of my ear. Additionally, I keep hanging up on people even though I changed the setting so that a double tap of the earbuds hangs up. I am constantly trying to get a tight fit with these and they are worthless. You can’t control the volume or skip backwards with these. I should’ve spent $100 more and gotten the ones that fit better. I also, feel like they don’t stay charged long enough

This beats have a great perfomance, I use it all the time. Best when I’m at the gym.

My wife and I both have powerbeats pro earbuds and enjoy the sound, but my wife didn't like the earloop while wearing glasses. We bought these as a potential alternative, but they were uncomfortable and the sound quality was mediocre. For the lower end of the beats line they aren't bad, but for an extra 50 get the powerbeats pros.

Great value, excellent sound, easy to adjust and very comfortable.

I was convinced to buy this item because of the great reviews and recommendations I received from friends. Unfortunately for me, it was not what I was expecting. I drive an hour to and from work daily and often I'm on calls and the earbuds picked up any and every noise possible, despite having the noise cancellation feature. As for the audio itself, it was fairly decent, but sometimes it sounds like you were in a tunnel. I purchased OnePlus earbuds about two years ago and one bud recently died, which is why I was in the market for a new set. I absolutely loved my OnePlus earbuds! So, I was excited when I saw the Beats and heard the great reviews. These are not the earbuds for me.

Im giving it 5 stars because of the performance of the unit! Unfortunately for me, they kept slipping out of my ear with all the different cone sizes but overall a great product!!!

Good but noise cancelation can be better. Also, battery life is not that great. Overall decent product.

Bought these to try out with my Samsung honestly just expected more for a pair of headphones that are 150 bucks I currently have Samsung buds and if you have a Samsung just get those way better sound quality and touch controls since the touch controls on the beats is a button that u have to push which pushes the earbuds into your ears where Samsung its a touch sensor. Also the sound quality is terrible unless the sound is all the way up which is ridiculous honestly just expected more.
