They fall out of my ears. When they stay in the sound is great, I’ve tried the different tips that are included.

Your return policy is not appropriate for individuals that are on a core membership. The policy is at 14 days and should be for everyone under this membership, a return being 30 days. This type of separation is aggretious and longer time frame should not only be extended to silver and gold members, which is prejuditial. If you allow anyone to have your store card then the same courtesy should be extended to all card holders. This only deters further business from going to you but to someone else like walmart,

I personally did not like them as they were not of the best sound quality. They were ok, however not worth the money. The noise cancelation in my opinion was not very good either.

I bought them because they were red but very disappointed they fall out my ear all the time and don’t hold a good charge apple is definitely the way to go

If they fit your ears, I suppose they'd be great. Unfortunately, these would not stay in my ears for longer than 3 minutes no matter which size earpiece I put in. They offer three different sizes to swap in and out, however I feel like the material is far too slick and they didn't meet my expectations at all. I had to return.

Bought these earbuds and I still haven’t gotten them to work on my Bluetooth device on iPhone

These have no bass. The noise canceling is trash. The AirPods are maybe $20 more and are far superior. I ended up returning these after a month. I just couldnt with the poor sound quality. The ear fit is awesome. They never popped out. It works with Hey Siri. You can even transition from noise canceling to off just like AirPods. The case is slimmer compared to the AirPods Pro and AirPods. I usually like beats produce. The quality just wasn’t there for me. Connects to your phone just like AirPods do. Super super simple.

The awful battery lasts around 3.5 hours. If you have 2 long meetings back-to-back it is impossible. Not to say If you have a long flight. Quality of sound... identical with my 5 years old Sony WI-C200. Annoying noises when used with noise canceling in quiet places. Unusable with a PC. Many weird skips and interferences. Back to SONY!

The battery died too fast and rhe volume is low poor batteries poor

I would spend the extra money to get a better set better life sucks quality is ok but could do better.

First, out the box I thought they felt cheap, just not the quality I was expecting from Beats/Apple. The usb-c is the only good thing about these. Sounds not great, but okay. Noise cancellation(or ANC) is horrible, I couldn’t tell a difference between that and transparency mode. They won’t pair with multiple of Apple devices, if paired with iPhone it won’t pair with Apple Watch or iPad. Which was disappointing when I took them to workout and had to lug my phone around in the gym. Taking back fo sho, not worth $99.99.

Great head phones for commuting on the bus. Just wish they came with software on my iPhone like the jabra elite 75t headphones do which gives a better user experience. Do like the for the price they integrate very well with my apple ecosystem.

They don’t stay in ear that well, switching from noise consolation to transparency isn’t the smoothest have to do it multiple times to get it to work correctly.

I do not like them. I can’t talk with them, if someone calls me they can’t hear me. I’m going back to my Apple AirPods.

Terrible music quality, spotty connection with iPhone. Horrible product with horrible service at least buy it somewhere else.

Once you have had the Apple AirPods, U will definitely notice the difference! Not as Good!

Sound goes in and out and eventually cut out of one headphone. Called beats but nothing was resolved. Would not recommend. I’ll stick with Bose
