Easy to slide out of your ear and once you try to push them back call disconnects

These earbuds are not loud at all very poor quality

They don’t stay in my ears! I wish I stuck with Apple.

I just bought these at Best Buy and I love them. They are the best bluetooth earbuds I've ever owned. When I was reading the reviews, I saw many complaining of the low volume. I took a gamble on those reviews being over-dramatic, but they were right. The volume was quite low, until I figured out how to fix it. Now they can go loud enough to hurt my ears. The long press of the button on either earbud is preprogrammed to turn the Active Noise Cancelling on and off. I paired them to my iphone, and when I went into the settings on my phone, I was able to reprogram the long press to turn the volume up on the right earbud, and down on the left. If you long press on the right earbud and turn it all the way up, the earbuds volume will go way up. Then you can switch the programming back to the noise cancelling function and just control the volume with your phone, or whatever you pair it with. After I did that, the volume has been great. Sound quality is great. I love them. The noise cancelling and transparency mode are just ok. But I don't know what you can really expect from earbuds this small for this price.

These ear buds suck. All they do is static and i cant hear out of them

Battery life isn’t as good as advertised, not by half. Disconnects calls when they are turned on.

The earbuds were stationary in my ears. I wish they had an ear loop to go around the ear.

One of my earbuds does not work in the rights side. Tried them on another device still does not work

These are too small and hard to keep up with. If you drop the case it’s hard to find the headphones. Need a better product.

Bass is very poor for the price you pay. Any $20 earbuds give better sound.

No good have problem sonethong no change music and batery down faster

Refuses to charge after only 3 weeks. Went back to return them and was denied.
