Great sound and easy to use. Also has tracking features threw the beat apps from Google play

EXPENSIVE HEAD PHONES AND OVER PRICED . SPEND LESS AND GET JVC

I am not as impressed as with these earbuds as I thought I'd be. They aren't comfortable in my ear and i have experienced them disconnecting at random times while i am listening to music or streaming.

These are the worst BEATS I've ever puchased. I have the BeatFkex and headphones. These are literally ONLY decent for listening to music. The audio quality or lack there of for phone calls ia HORRIBLE!!

Received these in the mail and returned them two days later. Wouldn't charge and would randomly stop playing. I do have to say for the little time I had, they were some of the best soundings.

The Sound Beats Out The Rest Amazed At The Sound Quality

Very good headphones, noise cancellation is amazing!

For the price you are better off buying lower priced skull earbuds. Noise cancelling is great. Sound volume is low even when turned all the way up. Poor bass but the sound is clear and crisp mids and highs. Often falls out of hear so not recommended for exercise or any outdoor activity. Connectivity is weak. Constantly having to reconnect them via bluetooth. As for using during phone calls weak mic.

Don't waste your time on the refurbished products. Bought these two separate times and had to return them both because they wouldn't connect or the case wouldn't charge.

I just bought these yesterday (unopened box by the way) and I was excited to use them. I had to exchange my previous headphones jbl's from the same best buy because the left earbud wouldn't work correctly and would not connect. Thinking that these headphones would be good I got them. FIRST DAY I OPENED THE BOX THE SOUND WAS SUPER CHOPPY AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. I am very upset that each headphones I get here don't end up working. It's ridiculous. That's not the only issue I have a phone I bought at best buy that sometimes freezes up on its own too but if I go back I have to pay $40 extra out of my pocket because I opened the box.

No ability to charge them since they do not come with a charger. (the cable they give does not plug into the wall outlet, therefore, considering it as no charger provided) You only get a USB C cable, which isn't the standard USB, so you can not plug it into your laptop, or your cell phone charger. You'll have to purchase a charger for these. Shame on Beats Also no ability to use them since they do not come with any instructions, just a brief mention of how to pair them. No explanation as to the features or what each button does and how to use them. Terrible! Premium product that went cheap on the basics.

The volume is low and the ear covers are uncomfortable.

I wanted to love these. This was my second pair of beats (first is the powerbeats). The right bud made a weird static like noise when i would push the bud in. Then while I had both buds in my palm, there was a high pitched whistle noise. Also, they are NOT truely ANC. I could hear my husband's phone playing a video near me. The buds also continued playing the music out of my ears. What I did like was the color and fit. Already returned after 1 day.

I bought these open box they would connect to device. I'm glad I saved myself a trip back, by testing them in store before I left

Great sound too many glitches with apple products. I went back to first generation AirPods it was so bad.

In less than six months my right ear bud gets heavy static while I run. The left is never had an issue. I attempted to use my Geek Squad but they stated since they cannot reproduce it go talk to Apple :( Very disappointed in the product i was looking for a quality bluetooth audio to work out with. For now I have to remove my right ear bud because it gets worse and worse as my workout goes on.

By far the worst headphones I've ever purchased. the noise level is quite low, the battery on these headphones will last you about 15 minutes and easily fall out. actually extremely disappointed that I am even writing a review because I NEVER write reviews. do yourself a favor and DONT get these.

I was excited to try this ones but when I got them I was disappointed. Very uncomfortable and doesn’t seem to seat properly on your ear. They pop out of your ear making them very visible, besides that you can’t lay your head on a pillow, the button on the shine tip is very sensitive to press so if you lay down your head it will be pressing that all times. The sound is ok. So overall is more the shape and dynamics of the buds that really doesn’t work for me.
