These were good head phones until the pair button stopped working. Pretty bummed out. Barley had them for a year.

Awesome sound doesn’t make up for pain

I bought these hoping for great things. I have AirPods Pro which I love, but I have trouble with them coming out after wearing for a little while. With these, I was hoping for the great sound, ANC, and Apple features in a compact design with wingtips that would stay in my ears. The sound is excellent, ANC works great, and all the Apple features work seamlessly like the AirPods Pro, but there’s one problem. The wingtip design runs right across the ridge of my ear openings, and it hurts. At first I didn’t see what was causing the pain, and I continued wearing them hoping my ears would get used to them. After a few days, I realized it was actually getting worse. I returned these and got some Bose QuietComfort on sale for the same price. Much more comfortable and great sound and ANC. I still prefer the AirPods Pro for most listing due to the spatial audio and the Transparency mode. I wear my AirPods Pro in the office but I wear the Bose while exercising.

I loved these initally, but when i tried to use them on a phone call, 90% of the time the other person couldnt hear me. After a few weeks, my iphone would not detect them and i would have to disconnect and reconnect. I returned them.

I’m honestly surprised. The ANC is pretty good for the cost. The Transparency mode makes it very easy to wear your earbuds and still hear the announcements on the bus.

    Returned because of horrible mic.

Great sound. Great noise canceling. Horrible, and I mean, HORRIBLE, microphone. Everyone I spoke with said I sounded like I was underwater. That was in relatively quiet rooms. In a car, they could barely hear me. Sorry, Beats. Loved your prior models, not this one. Had to return it.

Bruh, i hate how these earbuds DIE SO FAST! I'll get a nice groove going about 30 minutes out and idk by the time i make it to my second destination they're powering down! Just k*lls my vibe. Each time I forgive them but its just not worth it to me. Its not 8 hrs of playtime straight thru. 2.5 hrs for each charge. $200 NOT well spent. I want the wired beats that joggers use.

Honest Review with Issue No One Talks About

    Posted .

I find these terribly frustrating. I purchased them to use equally for phone calls and listening to music when exercising. I will list out my pros and cons. Cons first as they carry more weight. CONS - They autoplay music/podcast audio from my iPhone the moment I place them in my ear. Major issue--especially if your volume is up on your device. I've spoken to Apple Support many times to try and find a fix. Doesn't exist or my headphones are defective (I'm returning for an exchange today to find out). - One button control is limited to only a few actions - No volume adjustment buttons on the headphone. You have to use your phone - Tiny size in combo with large button causes accidental hang ups for phone calls as you place the earbuds in your ear to answer a call - Apple Support doesn't seem to have much deep understanding of the product, and there's a lack of deep manual-type breakdowns of the buds features, etc. PROS - Small and simple design - Audio quality for calls for both parties is solid - Transparency mode helps you hear yourself speak while on the phone to that you're not yelling - Music audio is solid if unspectacular
