The volume is low and the ear covers are uncomfortable.

I wanted to love these. This was my second pair of beats (first is the powerbeats). The right bud made a weird static like noise when i would push the bud in. Then while I had both buds in my palm, there was a high pitched whistle noise. Also, they are NOT truely ANC. I could hear my husband's phone playing a video near me. The buds also continued playing the music out of my ears. What I did like was the color and fit. Already returned after 1 day.

I bought these open box they would connect to device. I'm glad I saved myself a trip back, by testing them in store before I left

In less than six months my right ear bud gets heavy static while I run. The left is never had an issue. I attempted to use my Geek Squad but they stated since they cannot reproduce it go talk to Apple :( Very disappointed in the product i was looking for a quality bluetooth audio to work out with. For now I have to remove my right ear bud because it gets worse and worse as my workout goes on.

Great sound too many glitches with apple products. I went back to first generation AirPods it was so bad.

By far the worst headphones I've ever purchased. the noise level is quite low, the battery on these headphones will last you about 15 minutes and easily fall out. actually extremely disappointed that I am even writing a review because I NEVER write reviews. do yourself a favor and DONT get these.

I was excited to try this ones but when I got them I was disappointed. Very uncomfortable and doesn’t seem to seat properly on your ear. They pop out of your ear making them very visible, besides that you can’t lay your head on a pillow, the button on the shine tip is very sensitive to press so if you lay down your head it will be pressing that all times. The sound is ok. So overall is more the shape and dynamics of the buds that really doesn’t work for me.

The ear buds constantly fall out of my ears and I have tried so many things to correct the issue without success.

After switching the buds and trying each of them on they all do not stay in my ear. I have to continuously push them back into my ears to get the full effect.

Were average headphones. Started sweating doing whatever I was doing and the left one completely stopped working. Of course not covered under waranty. Save money buy a different brand.

What an over priced piece of plastic junk! I bought these buds because I figured that they would have very little problem with working with another apple product. I should have went with the jbls they are a much better product. Never had a problem ‘with them or Sony. Unbelievable that two products made by the same company would have so much trouble working with each other.

In my experience, these earbuds have been disappointing. The feedback is excessive, and the persistent crackling sound, although temporary, diminishes their overall value. Additionally, the battery life falls short, failing to last a full 4 hours on a full charge.

Don’t stay charge long, not a fan of havin to charge them after 2 hours

Great quality. The only thing that bothers me is that they don’t Stay in the ear that well.

nice earbuds, the only problem I have is it is hard for them to stay in my ear, I tried all the sizes and I move just right and they come out, but for the price, I can live with them

Really disappointed by the ability of these earbuds. Every time I’m on call for more than 20 min, the sound deteriorates insanely. The fit is uncomfortable with any of the cushions. I honestly didn’t except this from beats. No wonder they are so cheap. Apparently, price means everything. Sad to see that Beats has the ability of creating such bad device. I wasted my money.

Worst purchase I have done. The microphone SUCKS. They are not confortable and keep falling =\ I’m returning them. Very dissapointed
