these headphones are marvelous - nearly as good as the more expensive Bose model - you cannot go wrong purchasing these

I’m very satisfied with my headphones. I love the sound quality and how it cancels out the noise from the outside.

Purchased the Beats about a months ago. Connected it to both my phone and laptop. Works quite well on the zoom meetings as well as on the daily music, YouTube, and podcasts. It feel a bit uncomfortable after 75-90 mins non-stop using. But it just me. Of course, it would be better using it intermittently.

They are good for noise cancelling. slip a bit while mowing, but I can hear my music clearly while doing yard work, I have trued several other brands before these and they all failed until now!

As advertised regarding quality. The only issue has been that it was gifted to a young male adult in our family but it recently cracked and he is not able to use as frequently as before.

The product is great, however, Best Buy Customer service is TERRIBLE. You can not talk directly to the store. All communication is outsourced overseas. The first guy told us to talk to the store directly and gave us the same number we dialed that reached him. The Second Lady got mad and said the stores don’t take direct calls, told us “good luck” then hung up on us. The third person attempted to be helpful but couldn’t find anything. Each call started with 15-20 minutes on hold before reaching anyone (over 1 hour for me!!) I would recommend going to a different store after this experience.
