Ok let me say first of all that they do a fantastic job of blocking out noise and while I'm no audiophile, the sound is great as well. In all actuality, I borrowed my wife's once and found it to be extremely comfortable too. I have two primary concerns about my Beats: 1. It is a minor issue but the headphones can take a bit (about 10 seconds) to pair with my iPhone, though to be honest its no longer than my old G1 airpods took so I'm actually used to it. I know...10 seconds is a ridiculous thing to gripe about and I generally agree, but that count does add up over time. 2. My main issue is the quality of the material it is made out of. When i first got my pair, there was a creaking sounds that I simply attributed to the plastic shell its basically constructed out of. That sound has persisted but I actually stopped noticing it altogether, that is until today. The creaking sound turned to what I can only describe as a clank and it seems to persist when I'm about 75-80 degrees declined. On top of that, I believe there is something loose inside too. Now by the others reviews on here, I may have just gotten a one off clunker, but still I'm a little concerned since I expected Apple to have raised the standards of quality over at Beats. If the butterfly keyboard on my MBP is any indicator, maybe that's no longer the case. The headphones do come with a 1 year warranty, but I am not sure if the customer support is the same as what I am typically used to with Apple. Hopefully they will just switch it out and everything will work itself out. I'll update my review here either way.

I do own the beats pit pro for the gym and are great so I picked these up for travel. Sound quality is pretty good. I listen to extremely heavy metal and loud as you should, they are holding up well so far. Noise canceling is good as well. I would say it knocks out about 90% of backround noise. Not too tight on my big head. They also fold up nice for storage.

The best piece of headwear, mannn the quality was good the base was amazing. This got me through my lash years of highschool and it’s getting me through my college years

I am absolutely surprised of how good these headphones are. First of all the quality is amazing. They have heavy bass like beats are known for but they did a really great job of keeping the music clear. The headphones overall feel great when wearing them. They connect so easily to my iPhone and the battery life is insane. I wear these almost everyday and I only charge them once or twice a week. To sum it up, I love these headphones

I bought the gray & gold Beats by Dre Studio headphones because they were on sale for $150 at the time, which is an incredible deal. I was originally going into the store to buy the Beats Studio Buds, but saw these on sale for the same price. I had the first pair of studio headphones (matte black), so I knew they were going to be good. But man, I did not know that they were going to be THIS good. The Active Noise Cancellation on these headphones is ridiculous. If you’re listening to something, you won’t be able to hear others talking to you if you have it at a decent volume. I listen to music with them occasionally, but I mainly purchased them for my PlayStation. I play a variety of games, but mainly Apex Legends. The audio on these is truly spectacular. I can hear every little thing that goes on in the game. I’m able to hear where exactly nearby enemies are. I love these headphones so much & I’m so glad that I walked in that day while they were on sale. I’m unsure of the original retail price, but if they weren’t on sale, I’d still recommend these to anybody looking for a comfortable & great sounding pair of headphones. Beats by Dre never misses with their products.

When you can get these headphones in ~$240 range, they are an excellent option among competitors. They sound good - they have bass, but it's not exaggerated like before. The mids can be a little laid back, but still good. The highs are clear, but not as detailed as some more expensive headphones. The ANC on these is far better than version 2. When paired with an iOS device (iPhone 7 or later), the W1 chip gives incredible range. Overall, these are an excellent package.

Comfy quiet makes flying enjoyable by cutting out the noise

I really like the sound and the looks of these. They are extremely easy to get going on my Apple devices. Ever time I turn them on it will show you the battery level of the headphones on the apple device you are using to play them. The buttons are also very easy to use. I also love the way these will play clearly at a very low volume, some Bluetooth headphones I own will not play at low volume. I just wish the ear cups were just a little bit bigger. The way they rest on my big head covers a tiny bit of my ears, a little annoying, but hopefully I will get used to it. Like I said I love the sound quality!
