    Better than Batman Vs Superman

This movie was a nice change of pace to me. Was nice to see the villains as the "good guys". The action was pretty decent and even enjoyed Leto as the Joker. While the movie skipped around at times, still found it fun. The in movie soundtrack was great and enhanced the film as well. While some of the CGI was over the top, it didn't really hurt the film.

I think they did this movie perfect. It's more of a background movie. Yes it has plenty of action but it gives you the background of all the characters and it seems that that is the main purpose of the movie. I found that the more I watch it the better I like it. I would not put it in the top by any means but it had a purpose and it did that just fine.

    Could Have Been Better

I'm a sucker for any action film and if you add the comic element to it then I feel almost obligated to buy the movie. There were some highlights and a lot of low lights for me. Mostly I didn't like the Harley Quinn actress. She just isn't believable or a good actress to me. I also felt like the plot was thin and the character development was rushed. The writers dropped the ball on this one and I was really disappointed that The Joker is featured in a handful of scences after all the hype and buildup. BUT Jared Leto's performance left me feeling like there will never be another Joker like Heath Ledger. His spin on it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. He had the psychotic part but The Joker was also "funny" in a deranged sort of way. This Joker needed Prozac. He was too dark. Deadshot was probably my favorite character. Strong actor and believable. Like I said, I'm a movie addict who loves comic and action movies so even though I gave this movie a C- I still purchased it. Lol

I was one of the people who liked this movie and was excited when they announced this awesome steelbook. Looks nice and clean with the fun artwork they did to promote the movie. Not super stoked that the steelbook was only 4k. Wish it was a bluray/DVD combo. I know that is where the industry is going just like blurray took over DVD. Just resenting change.

I was one of the few who enjoyed this movie in theaters. The only part I did not like was the main villain, but otherwise the action was good and it was a great mix of humor. The extended version did add more to the Harley/Joker storyline but honestly was not really needed. The 4K picture quality was phenominal as expected, especially with HDR giving some rich colors. Overall the movie is worth picking up for UHD 4K users.

Great Looking SteelBook for a Lackluster Movie

Mainly, I just want to discuss the SteelBook here. I really don't feel like discussing the film. After all, if you like it, then why bother convincing you it isn't good? If you didn't like it, you already have your reasons why/why not. I'll just say that I really think the film was a mess of editing and executive meddling. Not only that, but it seemed to be lacking in the coherency department. It was sloppy. Anyway, the SteelBook is nice. It has a glossy finish and looks good lined up alongside the Man of Steel and Dawn of Justice SteelBooks. The interior artwork does the job as well. Overall, it's a nice release... packaging wise. The extras are fine. I don't, however, see the point of an extended cut if it's not going to add anything worthwhile to the content of the film or attempt to fix any of the problems with the film. Still, the film shouldn't be riddled with problems upon it's theatrical release. Anyway, it's a great SteelBook, but the film doesn't deserve it.

The movie isn't nearly as bad as some reviewers (or "hardcore" nerd-dom) would have you believe. Most of the hate from this movie is due to people loving the characters too much and having their own version of what the movie should be like embedded in their own heads so no matter what comes out nation-wide, it "sucks". It's a good/fun movie overall.

This movie got a lot of bad press (along with Batman v Superman), but I enjoyed them both. They weren't perfect, but neither were the Marvel movies that came out around the same time. You can pick anything apart if that's what you go in intending to do. So, if you know you're going to hate it before you watch it, skip it. Otherwise, you may enjoy it.

Villains are the make up of the main cast, with a good balance between world building and character driven bios in the short run time, it is a fun albeit unoriginal flick. But it's not terrible Robbie, Smith, and Davis are stand outs in this movie. It's a good popcorn flick from the 80s updated for DC fans consumption.

    A Decent Start

As a longtime DC fan, I was anxious to see this movie come together. I think this movie could've been better on two levels. There could've been a better villain than the one chosen. It was a missed opportunity to volley the ball into the upcoming JLA film much like how the Marvel movies are connected in regards to the Avengers and the Infinity Stones. Second, this movie was screaming for an R rating since we are dealing with bad guys that have no regard for being nice. An R rating worked just fine for Deadpool, Rumor is that Warner Bros got cold feet and changed it to a wider audience. With all the controversy about Jared Leto's Joker performance on and off the screen, we were all expecting a Joker that would rival the late Heath Ledger but instead, we got ten minutes of a Joker that isn't really memorable. This movie was horrible it was decent and shows that there is potential for future installments. Nonetheless, you'll want this for you DC movie collection.

Over all this was a good movie with fun DC Comic characters, sweet scenes for 4K and great soundtrack for the audio buffs. Story line was ok and some scenes may need explanation if you know nothing about comic books. 4K verison is awesome as well plus you get two versions of the movie. Favorite character was joker.

I love this movie and the steelbook looks great on this the artwork on the front and back is awesome. I'm a huge Harley Quinn fan and I think she was amazing in this movie. This movie had a lot of action in it and I think they did a good job with keeping each character true to there comic book form the joker was the only one who was a bit questionable in that aspect. But other then that I thought the movie was great.

I was very pleased to find this title at such a great price. What was even better was the service I received when I picked it up at the store, very quick, easy and professional. If you're a busy person and can't wait to have something small (like a blu ray), shipped to you, I'd recommend opting for pickup and getting it at the Beavercreek store.

I mean, what hasn't been said about this movie and it's level of epicness? You get the theatrical cut in 4K HDR, which looks absolutely amazing. You get the extended cut in Blu-Ray, which still looks good. You get both cuts in UltraViolet streaming format, which can be watched through the VUDU, CinemaNow, or Flixster (among other UV-compatible apps). Also, you get the Steelbook packaging that looks amazing.

The movie in 4K is fantastic, maybe even better than when I saw it at the theater on the big screen. The only problem I had was I bought it when it when on sale. I had no idea that the Ultra Violet codes had an expiration date, which is one of the main reasons I bought this movie so the code would not load into my VuDu account.

Yes, Suicide Squad is not a perfect film. Yes, there are plot holes and errors throughout. But in the end, I was entertained by this collection of losers and misfits as they attempted to save the world in an admittedly tropey way. Positives: Will Smith Viola Davis Margot Robbie solidly portrays Harley Quinn Diablo (surprised by this one)

This is great movie, filled with action packed scenes and amazing visual effects. If you're watching it on 4K, the only qualm I have is that the extended version does not come in 4K. Only the theatrical version comes in 4K, which is not so awesome because a lot Joker background story is in the extended version. Overall I recommend seeing it.

I hadn't seen this movie in theaters so I was really looking forward to its release. Though I grew up with Batman and Superman I didn't know much about these villains. It was very entertaining to see them brought to life. If you're a fan of superheroes or anti-hero movies you should see this one! Hoping they'll make another with the same cast.
