Though action packed with decent special effects, the only character I found interesting and worth watching was Harley Quinn, ( for obvious reasons ) and the JOKER was by far the worst interpretation I have ever seen. A very sappy ending just put the icing on the cake.

My daughter loves Suicide Squad and this set was perfect for her. She loves the book that came with it. I only wish the set also came with a separate plastic case for the DVD. She keeps the book in her room but the DVD/Blu Ray in our media room, but the spot to hold the movies is inside the bonus book. Otherwise, great set.

This is an entertaining movie. I'm into the DC movies and love the different characters they used. The story was ok, the action was good, character development was ok. This movie could have been better overall, but it was entertaining to watch, and good enough to buy.

I purchased this dvd as a present for my nephew. The dvd was packaged well, but I personally did not care for the film. My issue is just with the script; actors did a fine job and the special effects were great. I am giving the dvd a 4 since my nephew likes the movie.

This movie is in no way perfect but if you are looking for a good movie to just distract you and entertain you for a while it does exactly that. As far as the extended cut goes...it definitely improves on the film but there is still plenty of footage that was left out.

I saw it for the first time on blu-ray. There was a large part of the movie that was unexpected and that could've less mystical, which would've made it better. Also, why not give the audience what they want... MORE JOKER. Overall it was good but could've been better.

Awesome movie, wish it would have had more of a darker aspect to it. Reshoots prior to release really watered the movie down of what it could have been. But with Marvel Marketing to kids and adults, D.C. isn't trying to lose out on the market in this white hot genre.

Suicide squad is not the movie that the previews make it yo be. It has a much darker tone. There are moments if humor, but not as many as you would think. Harley and Dead shot were great. Boomerang needed more to do. Overvall, not as bad as critic made it out to be.

Understand this is not a perfect movie but looking at it for what it is, I enjoyed the ride. I enjoy Marvel more than DC but this kept my interest up even if the ending is formulaic. I enjoyed the conversations between the squad and overall, was a fun ride to take.

The acting was well done. The problem with the film is the plot. The villain was somewhat weak. There where back stories for some of the villains and not others. I did not understand the jokers role in general. I love Jared Leto and wanted to see him more utilized.

I found this film to be very entertaining and fun to watch. Forget about the "hardcore comic fans" and "canon" this movie does deliver of the joy factor. Some comic fans just over analyze and over interpret things. This film is by far one of the better DC films.

This movie from the beginning has you glued to your chair. I would rewind it just to laugh again. Action from the beginning . The joker and his girl was the best charters I think. The snake or lizard man was just to dull no parts no line just a flop not needed.

A lot of big names and lots of money put into this one. The effects were cool and the acting was good, but the overall story and script was sub par. Thought they should have taken a Deadpool approach and made these villains really nasty. Worth it though for sure.

This is a very fun and entertaining movie. Lots of action and great special effects. The extended version is the way to go. More of what you like in a superhero film is here. Margot Robbie steals the day as Harley Quinn! She is an actress to keep your eye on as she is easily one of the most talented actors out there.

I love this movie. The acting is great. The story is good and the pace is perfect. Harley Quinn is great and so is the Enchantress. Everyone else is good in it too, including Jared Leto's Joker. This is a must see movie for DC Comics fans. Also, Viola Davis plays a perfect Amanda Waller. I recommend you see this.

This movie was pretty entertaining. Still not sure I can buy into the DC cinematic universe the same way as the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Expected a little more humor, since they reshot some scenes for that reason. Worth a watch if you like comic book movies.

This was a novel idea brought to screen by making a bunch of DC comic book-based villains team up and fight a much more grander villain to save the world. It was interesting to see how the DeadShot, Harley Quinn, Croc, Joker all played into the mix of the Suicide Squad. Jared Leto did a decent job as a Joker, but doesn't get anywhere close to Heath Ledger's performance as Joker. Also, his role was more of a cameo appearance as he had very little screen time. The movie had some decent action scenes and kept me hooked till the end. It was a decent 2 hour watch, but by no means a good or great film. It's good popcorn entertainment within 2 hours. Blu Ray picture and sound quality was decent.

It's not a DC hero movie, it's the DC comics villains brought together to save the day. Some are ready to redeem themselves, others not so much. Good action, good characters. An interesting portrayal of the Joker, going back to the characters more "comical" roots. (a sharp contrast to Heath Ledgers Joker portrayal)

Pretty good action film from the DC universe. A group of misfits a forced together by the government to save the world. My only downfall to it is Jared Leto who plays the Joker, just don't seem to be able to like him to much, he almost killed the movie for me.

Suicide squad has some highs and some lows. It had so much potential! Jared Leto's joker doesn't quite compare to ledger or Nicholson but it's a great unique spin on the joker. More like the classic comic book joker. Easily my favorite character of the movie.
