not as good as I had hoped

Well I hope you like plastic smelling/tasting toast cuz once you actually use it on some toast, it fills the house with plastic smell. The plastic housing on the toaster also feels rickety. This product would probably be better without the housing! You get what you pay for; go figure...

The major one being no matter which side you choose, I can't get a slice of bread to toast evenly on both sides. Always lighter on one side. The other is I wish the lift would bring the bread up higher to avoid burning fingers, but at least it has that feature.

Very cheaply made
