I bought this universal fit Sunpak flash for my Nikon D5600. It really is a plug and play. Instructions were straight forward, and operation of the flash was flawless. I installed lithium batteries and recycle time is quick.

This external flash is amazing. The angles that the top is able to bend and even rotate are perfect. The recharge time can be a little long at times but for the value, I cannot complain!

Eats batteries for breakfast! I got about 50 flashes out of 4 AA batteries. If you turn it off between every single shot, you can get about 75-80. The instructions aren't the clearest on explaining how to set this up, but a little playing with it, and I could make sense of it.

I'm still learning how to use it, but so far, it's been pretty good. The only thing that I don't like is that it takes a second to recharge between shots, but idk if that 's true for every external flash.

I am a huge fan of Canon flashes and use my Canon 580EX ii Speedlite as my primary flash. However this flash is a great secondary flash or backup flash with a lot of features at a good price point.
