Does not work well with lumix S5. Haven’t had a good usage out of it yet.

Works great for the value! I used it for a few weddings I photographed and the batteries last awhile.

Do not purchase this flash. Too many issues to list. Cheap construction and issues syncing with camera. Do not waste your money.

Items died after one photo sessions. Changed batteries and still nothing.

this unit did not work properly with my Canon EOS t7. cannot recommend it at all. all the photos came out too dark.

Misfired many times and after 9 days stopped working completely. I returned it to the store and got my money back.

Brought this to photograph a wedding, it did not work.

Good flash for the price. It works well for point and shoot. It is hard to understand the other workings of it. It would be nice to have a tutorial on it (I'm sure I can find it online but would be nice if the manufacturer did one). I will say the name brand one did understand lighting situations better than this one. For the cost difference, if you can figure this one out, this one wins.

The Sunpak DF4000U spoils us with a plethora of features at an affordable price. I was surprised to open the box, and find not only a decent carry pouch, but also an omni-bounce diffuser. It's not impressive that these accessories are include, it is impressive that they are included at this price point. The build quality is very good. It feels sturdy. The electronics and wires inside are well secured. I wouldn't expect anything less. Firing at full power in close succession will eventually cause the batteries and flash head to heat up. The flash has thermal sensors, and will display a thermometer on the display when this happens. It will stop firing, but won't overheat or melt. Once it cools down, it start functioning as expected. Flash power is much higher than expected. It's in the same ballpark with much more expensive flashes. It will light up an entire tree, from top to bottom during sunsets to match the brightness of the setting sun. Unfortunately, this unit drives me crazy sometimes. It doesn't have a battery level indicator. I don't like estimating battery level based on how long the flash takes to charge. I much prefer a bargraph, so at one third, I can swap with a fresh set of rechargeables, and not worry about going dry. There's plenty of room on the LCD to add a battery indicator. The lack of one is driving me crazy.

Product works great and is outstanding for the price point. It's compatible with all of my cameras and works well in every situation I would use a flash for.

I was wondering if it fits my canon eos r100 I don’t have to much information so am hoping to get some answers from other users

Love this flash! Very beginner friendly and very versatile. I use it off camera and have two of them. They’ve lasted a long time. Would recommend
