Couldn’t return it, highly disappointed. Didn’t last long at all. Waisted My Money!!

This item is WAY over priced and has very cheap plastic parts. The light isn’t very powerful and the stand falls over when mounting your phone.

The design is good but the product was not produced with quality in mind. The middle phone holder just dropped during recording .

This item broke after using twice a bolt broke so I returned it and got a handy pod that I really enjoy using

Some parts nice but the minute you put your phone on it falls over!

Missing parts, While the parts appear to match the installation instructions, the item cannot be assembled as received. The larger ball head does not attach tot he center clamp because the diameter of the threads do not match the thread post and ball head. The instructions are not very well written. The components are cheap. I would not recommend this product.

Product was too small and not ideal for my event. I had to return it.

Won't tighten enough to hold phone upright. Phone clamps broke easily.

The first couple of times I used it for pictures it worked perfectly. So I decided I would use it to make videos and I was only able to recorded one video, before it would just cut off. Now it stays on for maybe 5 minutes then it cuts off. The plug gets pretty hot pretty quick. Now I have to buy another ring light.

Overall a very basic piece of equipment that is cheaply made. It is also on back order everywhere and I don't know why.

Wasnt durable first one broke received another one to replace it ended up taking it back and getting a different one

The stand is not strong- the stem separated from the base. I feel this was greatly overpriced.

Not strong enough to be standing up. I try to put only one cells and it bend one side.

Stand feels so cheap and not so flexible to tilt the phone ports.Coming to ring light it’s not easy to rotate with that rotating knobe. Not very satisfying about this product.

If you plan on using this, get a sandbag to anchor the base. This fell over as soon as I clipped my phone into the bracket. Had to prop it up against the desk as it won’t stand on its own design. Keep looking if you plan to buy something like this, as this one is a poorly designed flashlight on a long stick. We returned this one to the store.

Solid stand and very flexible but the light was cheap and only works 50% of the time

I tried this vlogging kit for my you tube video recording. I was not satisfied with brightness of the light. I would recommend this for shorts and reels recordings. Not a best choice for standalone recordings

I didn't like that much because it wasn't easier to use maybe I didn't have the patience

Purchased 2, both stopped working working 4-5 weeks. Due to pandemic can’t reach the manufacturer by phone and no response by email yet. To make things worse the only product available was their next one up which now was $150 rather than $50. As if these times aren’t hard enough.

This did not last at all, this was the second purchase of this item, we assumed something was wrong with the first purchase, but it’s just a bad quality product,
