Broke after a few uses and pivot points wont stay

The first two months it worked like a charm. I thought I had found the best lighting tool under 100$ and laughed at the faces of photographers everywhere with their big boxed lighting apparatuses. Like an angsty teenager though, this product can do what is needed for the job. However, only when "it" wants to. There are days now it works with no issues and there are days it simply won't turn on. There is no rhyme or reason when it will/won't work you just have to hope you got it on the right day. Save yourself the guess work and spend your money else where. Those 100$ lightboxes are laughing at me now...
