    Useless for DSLRs

This tripod is cheap, it feels and looks cheap. The friction-ball mechanism doesn't get tight enough to hold a DSLR steadily in any position besides perfectly level (which it is supposed to, at least from what it advertises) and the legs have a lot of play even when extended, so you'd have a hard time making any adjustments to your device without shifting the whole thing around. Pulling on the tab to release friction and move the ball joint more easily is pretty awkward, the spring is quite heavy. The loose backer-triangle-bit is a little awkward to twist when a device is attached, since it's thin and curved there's basically nowhere to grip it. The included smartphone holder works, but it has a tendency to let your phone slip straight onto the metal bracket, which will definitely scratch or dent your phone if you let it. The mesh 'carry bag' is coming apart at the seams out of the box. The go-pro adapter seems good and sturdy, but I don't have a camera to test it with. If you absolutely need a smartphone/gopro tabletop tripod for $15, this will do the job, but it won't do it nearly as well as a $25 alternative.

The ball head is really loose, even putting on cellphone will tilt it. I will return this product. Better to buy second hand manfortto mini tripod for a little extra. Crappy built quality
