Not well built

The clamps and thumb screws feel like they will break off when trying to tighten. It may be ok if you’re using a phone but that’s it.

Awful customer service

When I signed up nobody told me they expired. I tried calling customer service three times and all three times received a representative that could not speak English and would not give me a supervisor

Pre owned? Looks Used…

However I figured it was maybe just the box? Put it together and there were little marks on the sides of the light. Seems to be a pre owned item even though I purchased it thinking it would be Brand New. Kinda disappointed in the quality but it is what it is!

The quality is poor and it’s not nearly as bright as you would like. Got this for a photography studio and it’s just not that great for what you pay.

Ordered a better vertical holder from amazon. The adaptor only lasted 5 months. Can't find replacement. Probably not worth the purchase as a result. No instructions Pro: nice stand and light
