    The box and even website pictures show a different model than what I was sent. The box and website both show metal dials and different back vents. The one I got was cheap plastic nobs and tha back vents aren't the same. Even the accessories that come with it for the phone suck and are suoer cheap. This is NOT the same quality as the one I bought a year ago and not even as advertised :(.

    Only lasted for 2 months if that. I went to plug it in and couldn’t get it to turn on. Then I learned that the it burns out fast. Would not recommend. Best Buy will not fix it and good luck with the 1 year warranty
