Love the light but the stand is fragile. I’ve bought this light 3 times now due to the stand breaking everytime. Love the light though.

So this ring light is great if it continues working for you. It was working no problem, could dim the light adjust the coolness of the light everything. Then, ALL OF A SUDDEN, my knobs on the back of the ring light to adjust everything don’t work. I can’t shut the light off or turn it on, can’t adjust the light correctly, anything. To turn it on and off I have to manually pull the power cord from the wall otherwise it just consistently stays on... So now I’m hoping to exchange it tomorrow.

It’s not standing straight it keeps leaning and I think it was used

This ring light only lasted one month before the phone clip fell apart after only four uses. Really disappointed in the lack of quality of this item. The light is great but the clip is seriously lacking.

At first this worked fine, but with very light use, it stopped staying up/the poles would fall through one another. Now every time I expand it, it takes me a half hour to figure out how to fix it if one of the poles falls through. Super annoying! I don't usually write reviews, but this is very overpriced for what it is in my opinion & I've had better experiences with amazon tripods.

I ignored the negative reviews, wish I hadn't. It broke in the exact same fashion as other customer's experienced below. Too expensive of a product for it to break so easily. Will be returning and seeking a more sturdy product. Super disappointed.

For the first month this worked perfect, it was a great deal. After that month had passed I wasn’t able to turn off the light without unplugging it, however I could still adjust the brightness and warmth. Now I can only adjust the warmth and the brightness is permanently set to the highest setting.

It stopped working, I didn’t even buy it a month ago

i used the item once... The 2nd time I went to use it. It broke. I am not happy with Best Buy either. I tried to return it and you would not take it back. I didn't even have the item for 1 month. So I am just stuck!

Not apparently serviceable. No support from Best Buy. "Contact Sunpak" and sends me a link to a completely different company called Sunpak.
