Little too unsteady for very heavy weighted equipment but since it's just for my phone, and I needed something to fit in my suitcase on planes, it's perfect. Good value for the money.

I wanted a simple tripod for my photography hobby. This is perfect! I didn't spend much, but got exactly what I needed. The leg adjustment could be a tad better. It is fine for the cost though. Nice, lightweight, piece of equipment that does the job well.

    Terrible Tripod

I purchased 2 of these useless tripods since January. I used the first one twice before the lock mechanism broke, and the second one broke my first time using it. Both broke in the exact same place (pictured). Do not waste your money on something so cheap and useless.

What can be said about a simple tripod. This is not one of those monstrosities that takes an engineer and a mechanic to set up. It is simple, lightweight and very portable. The option to use it with smart phones is smart. (see what I did there?)

I purchased this item to use for extra stability and image stabilization while vlogging on vacation. Works ok. Provides extra stabilization, but parts cracked when I was tightening my camera on to the tripod. Overall decent product.

This tripod is just OK! It is very light weight, and because of that it does not do well on the floor but works well on a table top.

Absolutely wonderful little tripod. Proof that big things can come in small packages. Small, compact & sturdy. It expands to a whopping 42". It's perfect for mounting a cell phone or small camera.

This is a good, compact tripod that does exactly what I wanted - holds up a camera and collapses small enough to be easily portable. All for a reasonable price, especially considering I got it on sale.

My son said this is the best tripod for making videos for YouTube. He is now able to make hands-free video and movies all the time. It was in his price range so he was able to purchase this himself . I would definitely recommend it to other users.

Tripod extends to a comfortable height of about 3.5ft. I have taken many photos using the tripod and have not been disappointed. It has enough weight to not be blown over by wind. My latest trip using the tripod was at the beach where I was satisfied with performance.

bought this for my son as he starts his podcasting career. it works great for a camera, not so much for a cell phone or newer filming device. should have read the product description better
