I had this less than 1 month and one of the knobs is already broken. Very hard to adjust. I found myself adjusting the height then turning and moving the whole tripod for horizontal placement. But then the knob broke and I had to prop the camera with whatever was near for vertical placement. I threw it away. Find one with a ball...way easier to adjust.

I actually wish I had spent the money for something better. This thing is awful. It won't hold my camera up. the legs even when locked come unlocked and close up. It was a severe waste of money. Unless you have a tiny lightweight cool pics it won't hold your camera and even that might be questionable.

This stand is ok. It's flexible enough to put anywhere. The legs are firm enough but the padding feet is a bit flimsy. The support grip is not strong enough for my tastes otherwise it's an ok stand.

I had to buy this bc I left my other at home and I was out of town. It worked fine in a bind and was easy to set up. Would recommend if you need a less expensive tripod.

Great desktop tripod for small camera unit. Pan head with extended arm for clean motion filming. Can extend to ground for full tripod.

Although this was a good sturdy tripod, it wasn't for me. To extend or retract the legs you need to push tiny buttons. And I mean tiny. I had difficulty with them. I prefer a fliplock style.

I bought this tripod for taking close up pictures of jewelry to list on eBay. In the past I have had a difficult time holding the camera still enough to do so, but this product solved that problem beautifully.

I attend a lot of family sports and other things. This tripod has come in handy for video taping baseball games, graduations, etc. I no longer have to hold the camera in one position for long periods of time.

    Worst tripod ever

all i can say is this is the worst tripod I have ever bought. It's flimsy and difficult to shorten the legs because it has these little ball things you have to push in. The one I bought had two broken ball tabs. This feels like a toy, something a child would put a fake camera on. Dn't buy it.

I was looking for a mini tripod for doing video posts on Facebook. This tripod is perfect. It is sturdy, easy to mount, and stores quickly. And best of all it is very affordable. It makes doing daily video posts a breeze.

Adequate for the money. It's quite sturdy, as I don't use it with full 35 mm camera. It's great for my pocket digital camera. It is a little short but for what's it's worth, it serves its purpose.

Legs are clumsy to lock in place but once they do they hold position ok. I only use it for a lightweight camera for video conferencing.

Sunpak - PlatinumPlus 4200XL 42" Tripod - Black was super easy for my 11 year old to learn how to operate and attach several types of cameras or her iphone to and adjust the length of the legs.

This is a good tripod for its size and price. The telescoping legs work well enough if you take your time adjusting them. It should be treated carefully just like you would the camera being mounted on it.

Have many tripods, including monopod. None, however worked well with iphone or ipad, even with an adapter. This tripod was a perfect match and it also worked well with a variety of cameras including dslr and video.

I purchased this item with the intention of using it to support a hotshoe speedlight for off camera flash use.. It is so flimsy I would be afraid to put even the lightest speedlight on it as it will probably tip over and possible damage the light. Also, the tip feature broke the first time I attempted to use it. I am extremely disappointed with this & I will be returning it the first time I get back to Grand Junction..
