This tripod is so simple to use and very strong and durable for the size. While we actually bought it for a digital camera, it also holds my video Camera and even an old Camcorder we have had for years!! Awesome product for the cost!!

Broke the first time I used it

It at first appears to be a nice compact and portable tripod, but it broke the first time I used it. The platform is supposed to be able to be flipped up for vertical shooting, but the first time I attempted this a plastic part broke off and now the platform flops up and down. I will be returning this product.

Great little tripod. Very compact. Can be a little difficult to retract once extended, but not overly so.

I liked the compact nature of this tripod, but upon using it found it flimsy and I was concerned about stability. In addition, it was difficult to collapse the legs. I returned it.

It's good for a table when legs are fully folded (this is what I bought it for). I wouldn't risk putting expensive camera on it when the legs are extended. It doesn't seem stable at all. Also camera is not in exact horizontal ot vertical position cause it doesn't hold well.

I just purchased this tripod to take on a short trip because I didn't want to take my heavy tripod. I really should have had the sales person open it in the store but decided that it should serve the purpose. Well, I got it home and I opened it up and almost bent one of the legs, but closing it back down was almost impossible. I never even put my camera on it. One leg wouldn't even go all the way back in. I'm taking this thing back tomorrow. Horrible purchase. Not even worth the 30.00 that I paid for it.

This is one instance where you truely get what you pay for. Sine I payed so little for this tripod and can overlook the poor material and flimsy design. The problem I can't get over is the poor quality plate on the top that you attach the camera too. The plate swivels so you can shoot with the camera horizontal or vertical. When in the horizontal position (standard position for taking photos or video) the plate tilts down when a VERY light camera is attached. The product says it supports up to 2.5 lbs but its more like .01 lbs. All pictures and video taken with this tripod will be at crooked unless you can get the right size book or other object to put under one of the legs as there is no way to level the legs. So if you have made it this far obviously you were really considering this tripod, but I say again...CLOSE THIS PAGE...AND WALK AWAY!!!
